My parents n sis cant decide if they want to come. Last year about 2 weeks after I made my ADRs I had to call and cancel and re do everything b/c they decided to come (I know I sound like I am complaining, I'm not, so happy my whole family ended up going, but I just wish they would stop being indecisive lol). Should I just make the reservations for 11 for all our ADRs, do you think we will get turned away if 3 do not come?

Book for 11. It is possible that your extra people would be turned away if you showed up with more than you reserved for. It's also much easier to subtract people from a reservation later than it is to add them later.

Book for 11. You will not be turned away just because 3 people couldn't make it. If you find out that they're not coming, just call and change it to 8...I'm pretty sure they'll just remove one of the 4 tops from your party which will open up a table for 4 for someone who wants it.
