OMGosh!!
I swear if they handed out Oscars for Tr's you would win!!
Wow, those pics of the castle
Henry is so adorable!!!!! ANd after reading earlier today, Ava and I headed to McD's...!!! That shake did it!
Brook, what kind of camera are you using?!
Just beautiful..everything abt your trip

Feel like I am there with ya!

I told Joe about your comment on the Oscars and he cracked up too! It's true...FULL OF DRAAAAAAAAAMA! Hopefully December will be a boring one!
Our camers is a Canon XSI. It's a digital SLR, and we love love love it. It has a "point and shoot" mode, but also the ability to change around everything. Makes photography really fun...and challenging!!
Thank you for such a nice compliment! I am glad to share our adventure with everyone!

lovely report!!
Thank you!
The nerve of that woman!!!! I have to comment on her first!!!! I can't believe that she didn't even apologize!!! So rude!
I will have to remember that MK tends to be really crowded on Spectro days -- it isn't running everyday in June either.
So glad you liked the Jungle Cruise -- so fun! That ice cream sandwich sure looks good!
At the moment it happened I didn't even realize she didn't apologize, but later that night, thinking back to the whole thing, I realized it and even asked Joe if maybe I just didn't hear it, but he confirmed - nope, she just kept right on cruising. Totally oblivious. Maybe she was deaf?!

Who knows!
It was super crowded - the day we really had planned as MK day (the day before when Joe got sick) was a non-Spectro day, but we weren't at the park long enough to determine how the crowds were really. I'm guessing the massive tour groups don't do park hopping - so they attend the parks when the shows are going on...
The JC was awesome! I loved it!!! It will be a "must do" each trip! The ice cream sandwiches are sooooo tasty. I've seen the CMs on other TRs put three scoops of ice cream in a Mickey head shape on the cookie. Might be something for your next countdown day celebration.
I totally missed the post about Henry's $28 outfit. It's cute!
That is too bad about your Spectro viewing spot and too bad about the crowds too. I'll have to remember to just pop into MK to watch Spectro instead of spending the whole day there.
I can't believe that woman ran over your foot and didn't even apologize. I think my eyes would have shooting really evil looks towards her. I understand that people need those but they sometimes act like they have the right of way instead of waiting their turn like everyone else. Grrrrr.
I really hope that you wake up and your foot is fine.
Thanks! We really like the outfit too and think it will fit IF Minnesota ever warms up.
Def. pop into MK and hit Spectro on a different day than your main touring day. Same with Fantasmic if you are going to see that. Ah, the joy of Park Hopping!
At the moment when the
ECV was on my foot, I was in total shock. It was like super fast motion and I was screaming. What irks me is how rude she was being to everyone around here - I wasn't the only person that noticed the way she was acting....
Oh my gosh! What an awful woman.

It really bothers me when people put themselves as center of the universe and everybody else just better get out their way. I'm so sorry your foot got hurt, I hope it wasn't too bad and that you were able to enjoy the rest of your trip.
Your Wishes pictures are beautiful once again!
Thank you! We didn't take
quite as many as last time, but still more than I expected I would take!

A couple more trips and we might be able to put the whole thing together in stop motion...
I couldn't really believe how that woman was acting in those kinds of crowds and with children all around. There were oodles of
ECVs and none of them were behaving that way. And her husband just walked behind her the entire way, it didn't seem to phase either one of them...

But, I guess there are always people like that in a crowd, huh?
The pictures of Henry in the Donald Duck hat and the Small World one are especially sweet. I love watching Brooklynn's face in Small World.
The Wishes pictures are awesome!
Glad you got to ride Jungle Cruise, and for the sake of everyone on board, I'm glad you played right into the hands of the tour guide. People from all over the country, perhaps all over the world, now get to tell a fun story about the lady who was all in a panic about the elephant who was about to give her a big old shower!
Isn't it so fun to see their eyes light up at Small World? It's so sweet! I do like the ride too, it's so classic Disney. But, that song does get STUCK!
You are so funny MeMom! I love the way you put that about the JC. You are right, eveyone on that boat does have a funny story to tell!! I never thought about it that way, love it!

I hope your foot was OK! I hate those stupid ECV's. Of course I'm all for them if someone actually needs them, but so many times people use them just because they don't want to walk, and then they knock everyone down without a care

Something similar happened back in 2005 when some lady ran me over in the bathroom and then yelled at me for being in the way, before she walked off into a stall. I was PISSED! Just because you're too lazy to walk gives you no right to ram into people

UGH, it's just one of those things that get to me down there!
On a brighter note, Henry's new outfit is too cute! He looked like such a big boy sitting on the carousel and IASW

I love his red hair too, so cute! do either you or Joe have red hair in the family??
I don't mind the ECV's normally - except for those who act like the world should cater to them because they have one. My DFIL would probably be in one should he ever come with us on a trip because of his bad back, but he would NEVER EVER act like that woman! And if he ever did, my DMIL would scold him!

That is awful about the woman in the bathroom - seriously...where are some people's manners?!
He does look like a big boy in some of those pics, doesn't he? I love it, and it makes me sad all at the same time!
Neither Joe or I have red hair (though I have very faint tints of red), but Joe's Dad has some red and so did my Grandma on my Dad's side. My DSIL has a little guy (DNeph) and his hair coloring is the same as Henry's! It's adorable, I love it! When he was born the nurses "ooooohed" and "ahhhhhed" over his hair the entire time we were there!
