Wow I can't believe how far behind I am.
So sorry to hear about the tragedy in your family. It's going to take some time for everyone to come to grips with this.
I've been so busy at work and never seem to have time to get on computer for any length of time so when I was told at work that we have a mandatory layoff day for today and Friday and possibly Monday, I was so excited!!
I've spent the day cleaning the house, changing sheets, had coffee and lunch in the gazebo. Had a client for a haircut this afternoon and spent an hour sitting in
the sun reading!!! What a great way to spend the day.
I'm glad your trip to the states went well. BTW, did you buy those crackers for me? If you did, I will plan to pick them up from you this weekend!!
Or did you eat them?? lol They are good!

Just popping in to say hi and hope your weekend is going great so far! That's great that you have someone to help encourage you with your weight lossI actually just started a meal plan four day's ago and I've lost four pounds so far! I can email you the pdf of the meal plan if you want! It doesn't include anything extra, which is really nice! You basically have to have so many servings in each group a day. For me, i'm eating 1300 calories, and I have to have four proteins (meat, fish, egg, cheese), one dairy, one bean, one nut, two grains, five vegetables, two fruits, four oils (butter or oil) and six 8-oz glasses of water. I haven't been working out at all, so four pounds is really good! I'm actually headed over to my ptr to do an update right now!

Queen, as we have already discussed, you know that you have Mark's and my prayers on a daily basis. I will be thinking of you guys on Tuesday as you meet with the doctors and discuss all the options.
Your mom sounds just like my dad. He insisted that no matter what happened to him in 2008 that we go on our scheduled trip because it was our 25th anniversary trip and had been planned with our very good friends for so long. Like your mom, he said "life is for the living" and not to put our trip on hold for him.
