We are getting a Coldstone Creamery!

There is a lot of new development in the main shopping area of our town. Last night DH and I saw that there will be a Coldstone Creamery opening soon. We have never tried it, but I have read great things about them here on the DIS.

And they also opened a Panera Bread. Love that place.

Coldstone Creamery is popping up all over around here. Not sure it will make it though. There was a similar franchise here locally a few years back, and it couldn't survive.

Oooh, we went to one in Hawaii and we loved it! I just need to find one a little closer. Or, maybe not.

DH heard we were also getting a Krispy Kreme and a Cabela's. He is most excited about the Cabela's.

We have one down the street & I bought DS's Birthday cake there yesterday. They have them pre-made, or you can order them special. What's great is that they come in 3 different sizes, so I was able to get a small one for just the 5 of us.

Just had it yesterday!!!!!!!! It is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use to not really care for icecream well till I tried Birthday cake remix at coldstone!!!! Did I say its the best??!!

Cold Stone Creamery is very good but can be very expensive. I'm not cheap by any means but all of the add ins can really add up if you're not watching!

I took the kids there one night after recital practice. It was pricy, but I got a flavor called "Cake batter"--OMG it was absolutely awesome.

I work at Coldstone and I love the ice cream...it's very, very rich and creamy. I haven't tried many creations yet (I just started working, and had never been there before I got the job), but so far my favorite is definitely Birthday Cake Remix...cake batter ice cream, brownie and sprinkles. It's absolutely delicious. It can be kind of expensive, but the ice cream is so good it's worth it! Also, they should give you a sample when you walk in, but feel free to ask for more samples...some people try everything, lol.
