Love it! The first week will be great because crowds are very light. 5-10 waits for everything. President's week turns into a nightmare so try to avoid that but the earlier in February the lighter the crowds.
The only drawback can be the weather. It can get downright COLD if there is a cold snap so pack accordingly. There isn't a whole lot of rain so you should be ok that way but be prepared for both hot and cold days and you'll do great. You'll love it in February!
