OK...we know it's not in Disneyland, Paris (Mona Lisa), New York (Lady Liberty), Greece (past contest), Timbucktu (past contest), and maybe Vegas...
It seems to be a larger inland city near mountains and a border in the northern hemisphere...
I would also eliminate Salt Lake City...because of the athletes clue (last winter Olympics) and the fact it's on water....
I know that doesn't get any closer to the answer....but it eliminates some places...
