Boss, have you ever LISTENED to the words of Creed's songs? Not as surprising as you think.

Boss - I saw THE Boss do the opening concert at the Meadowlands (then the Brendan Byrne Arena) oh-so many years ago, and it was the show of his life. I've seen him many times since, but not in the last ten years. Is he still as great on stage as he always was? I expect the Billy/Elton concert will not disappoint either.

And I'm with you - the music does the talking (or singing). The show is nice, but you have to remember they were all pre-MTV performers. They had to make it on their singing & touring - no videos to sell themselves. I would guess that many of the aforementioned performs would not have gained the same popularity without MTV/VH-1.

Also, these guys have been around for 30 years - must be doing something right.

OT, have you considered taking a job as an "embedded" reporter with the Julia DeMato touring group?

I love alternative - but Creed gets bonus points for the meaning of their songs...

Madonna.....you're probably correct......I'm not ready to listen to them or see them in concert. Fiance hates my taste in music other than country.
Ultimately.....I still think Celine is the greatest in my collection of favorite artists.

Yes I have Jas and I must say that they have so many great lyrics. I love Higher, the words are amazing.


mlcar - The Boss is still amazing in concert. My wife was a Springsteen virgin when she first saw him and she was amazed at his performance. The man is 53 and does not stop. If you get a chance to see him on his current tour go for it.

Thanks for reminding me OT...I forgot to ask this earlier:

- I took the time Thursday at work to change all of my pics and more importanly *bug eaters* (my money was on the guys...) but anyhow....something screwed up (friggin IT problem/co-workers looking over my shoulder...grrr...) and needless to say I was in shock this morning when I logged in to find out that I didn't have like a ka-zillion new points...weird to - when the show started I kept thinking *did I change my pics right?* Of course at that point it was too late to change them from home...

So - that being said - I am quite obviously WAY to far behind now to catch up - is there any way that I can getted VOTED OFF by my fellow tribe mates...that way you guys can keep you average up...

I told somebody that I would totally suck at Survivor! But some don't listen...sorry guys - I hope that my score didn't like keep you out of the competition, or however it works.

Yes another cold, rainy day in Jersey. So how do I spend my morning. Thanks to my kids, I've discovered Kazzaa and I've downloaded every piece of Clay audio out there.
