WDW to Universal Studios

Without using a rental car or a taxi, is there a way to get to Universal Studios? If so how hard would it be, how long would it take, and what would it cost? If you did go with a taxi about how much would it be? Thanks!

Mears has a shuttle that is about $20 pp....could be wrong. You can also hire a car service..that will run about $70, plus tip, for four people.
It takes about 25 mins to get to US/IoA from WDW resorts.
