WDW to Port Carnival -best way there

We are staying wdw for 6 nites than taking a 3 nite cruise on Royal Carribean departing from Port Carnival.

Any suggestions on the best and cheapest way to get from wdw to PC.

If we rent a car to travel there, is there a lot to park in?

Any recommendations on a car service? There would be 5 (maybe 6) of us.
