WDW Swan Hotel - Pictures? Likes? Dislikes?

If any of you have stayed at the the WDW Swan recently, I would love to hear what you liked or disliked about it. Also, would love to see any pictures from guests who stayed there. Thanks in advance!!!

We were there last June and really loved it. I can't think of any dislikes. The location is awesome for us since Epcot is our favorite park and you can walk or take the boat there. We also really enjoy the Boardwalk entertainment area and restaurants.
The heavenly beds at the Swan/Dolphin are great and my kids really loved the pool.
We have stayed at many Disney resorts and have enjoyed them all a lot, but due to location and amenities for the money, Swan/Dolphin are our new favorites!

We stayed at the Swan last august and loved it. The beds are incredible. The location is great, We went to Epcot every day because it was so easy. The bus stop is covenient too. Did I say that the beds are incredible....

Just stayed again in Nov/Dec. Its probably around our 6th time. I dont keep track. We get a govt. discount and ask for a balcony. (extra). The beds are great, the bus stop is first so we like that, less standing, more compact than the dolphin so less walking back to the room after a long day in the parks, will sleep 4, dolphin 5. This time we tried the character brunch on sunday at the garden grove. They only have 2 characters but with 2 hungry teens we went for the food. It was really good. The customer service is great. They usually solve your problem right away. Very friendly staff. If you sign up for starwoods you will earn points, you will not have room charging in the parks or the magical express or the disney wake up call etc. but we can easily do without those. We dont do the mugs either. We just get a soda stop before we check in. We love the Swan. So much less expensive than a Disney Deluxe and you get the deluxe feeling there. You could request turn down service too. The pool is huge and you can always get a chair. It does tend to be a little more cooler in the water than we like though. Its a great hotel.

We have stayed at the Swan 9 times. We have stayed there for a few reasons.

The most important reason we stay there is the location. We love the Epcot area.

We have been able to get discounts at the Swan. If discounts dry up we will be going back to the moderates.
The Dolphin discounts are $20 a day cheaper than the Swan, so we are staying at the Dolphin for the first time on our next visit.
After the Dolphin gets remodeled, I am sure it will be the same price as the Swan.

We enjoy the beds at the Swan. I have never really liked the look of the room, but the Swan has nice soaps and Starbucks coffee now.

We have been very happy with our visits at the Swan. There used to be a big problem with mildew, but I think that the hotel has fixed that problem.

The people at the front desk have been very efficient and friendly.
I think you will enjoy your visit.

We loved the SWAN as well. My only complaint would be that we booked a standard and our view would have been better classified as obstructed...it was mainly of the roof and heating units. If we ever stay there again, I will definitely pay for a resort view. At the time, I didnt bother complaining because we had gotten such a great rate on Hotwire.

Thank you both for all the information. I don't recall if I asked...are there mini fridges in the Swan rooms?? We will have a one year old with us and will need to keep milk cold?? TIA
