So…..mine and DD19’s Girls Trip is right around the corner - so excited!!! :mickeyjum

We’ve never had WDW snacks in the past - I didn’t want my kids getting stuffed with snacks and then not eating at the character dinners. So now that DD19 is 19, we are planning on grazing around the parks during the afternoons instead of having lunches - we think it’ll be fun. So….please give me your go to snacks - we are going to all 4 parks.

Many DISers were so helpful for our last Florida trip, so I’m hoping you all can give me some good suggestions again.

Thanks a bunch!!!! :smickey:

Where are you staying? Will you go to Disney Springs?

The bakery at the Boardwalk always has a variety of treats that look amazing. I also like a sundae at the Ghirardelli’s at Disney Springs.

I am so far behind on WDW snacks. Have been there 20 times but rarely get snacks. My husband’s not into snacks and even though I would like one, he just rolls his eyes, and I get the “do you really need that?” look, so I don’t bother. Still have never had a Mickey bar. Tried my first Mickey pretzel in 2019 with my sister and loved it. Got it again in 2021 and it was horrible. Also tried the frozen strawberry bar and they are delicious. Dole Whips are good too. That’s about all I’ve had.

@mumto3girls

We are staying at AllStar Movies.

We will be going to Disney Springs the night we arrive. We have an ADR at Rainforest Cafe (since it left Chicago we like to now go to this one)

DD would like to see The Boardwalk - if we go, we’ll check out the bakery.

Thanks :goodvibes

We do like those, but this year I kinda want to find out what all the excitement is about the Orange Bird (or whatever it’s called). I’m curious about it. Anyone have any thoughts about this drink/snack?

I'm not huge into the WDW snacks but I'll tell you, a churo is often times hard to say no to! I also have been known to enjoy a rice krispie treat. And dessert, I love a good chocolate dessert! Obviously, I've a sweet tooth! My husband will usually indulge in a turkey leg, more for nostalgia than anything else. And the popcorn, he loves the popcorn.

Honestly - you should have looked him right in the eye and said "yes. yes I do." and then gotten it!

I loved the crepe with strawberry jam at the crepe stand in Epcot. This was a few years ago though and I'm not sure if the crepe stand is even there anymore.

The one thing I've noticed about snacks is it seems there is often quite a line for many of them, especially in the afternoons. I would love to have tried more, but we just couldn't dedicate that much time to waiting in line to buy them!

Thanks everyone for your replies - very appreciated :goodvibes

Some of my faves are:

Cheshire Cat Tail - Cheshire Cafe, Fantasyland, MK
School Bread - Kingla Bakeri Og Kafe, Norway Pavillion, EP
Outpost Popcorn Mix - Kat Saka's Kettle, Galaxy's Edge, HS
Pongu Lumpia (Pineapple) - Pongu Pongu, World of Pandora, AK

For a beverage, I like:
LeFou's Brew, Gaston's Tavern, Fantasyland, MK

And I am looking forward to this Halfway to Halloween Special:
Happy Haunts Milkshake - Columbia Harbor House, Liberty Square, MK

Drinking chocolate at Ghirardelli at Disney Springs. It's not hot chocolate, it's drinking chocolate. Pretty much tastes like the best dark chocolate bar you've only had, only hot and melted. Amazing!
