Hello!
My buddy and I have a golf reservation next week at Magnolia. Does anyone know how much current golf club rentals are and whether we need to reserve in advance?

I think you will enjoy those championship courses if you are more accomplished golfers. Doubt that any good golfer will rent clubs to play.

Thanks. We can't always travel with out clubs, so sometimes, rentals just have to do!

Hello! We ended up bringing our own clubs, so I'm not sure about club rentals. I booked in advance, and I recommend this to be sure you get a tee time that works for you. A cart is included in the greens fee. Be sure to bring water! We forgot and it took a long time for the cart to come by.

Just a FYI for golfers who travel: DH and DS like to bring their clubs to vaca (CA, FL, SC) so if they're not driving they fly Southwest bc SW doesn't have an added baggage fee for the club. They just travel as one of your free checked bags. If they exceed the weight limit, then you pay that added fee. Tried Ship Stix once and had a bad experience "We don't know exactly *where* your [very expensive] clubs are, sir."
