WDW-DINE Question

Hi Everybody! New here and glad I found these boards!! What a tremendous help you all are! DH has a business trip in Orlando over Memorial Day weekend (I know, what a HORRIBLE WDW time!) but I couldn't pass the chance for my DD (4) and me to join him. DH and I haven't been to Disney since 1994 and of course this will be DD's first trip. She is SO excited and I'm planning out the wahzoo!!

Anyway, here's my question...

I just called WDW-DINE to make my reservations for the Hoop Dee Doo and had to go through 5 "Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that" questions before I got to talk to a live person. I even had to punch in my phone # or confirmation #. Is this new? I don't remember anyone mentioning this before. I'm concerned because I want to make CRT reservations when the time comes and I want to know if I need to factor in all this "Press 1, Press 2" business in order to get my call through.

Not sure how new it is, I called for my PS around the end of June and had to do it, but I'm getting prompts in different order now from what I remember. It's a pain!!! I'd definitely take it into consideration when calling for CRT, it's not likely to change!
