Does anyone know what the hours of operation are ? Also, will they come to the resort and pick up my hubby and bring him to the car care center to rent ?

Sun 06:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Mon-Fri: 06:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Sat: 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

To arrange for shuttle service you must call 407-824-3470 for pick-up between 1 hour and 1 day prior to the time you want to be picked up.
Pick up is available Mon-Fri 7AM-6PM, Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM and Holidays 8AM-6PM

We used them in June, we got down in the big van and we were over heating. DH called, drove van over. He was back within half an hour. They called with updates, fairly charged us for repair, and picked him up, (it was the next day), within 20-30 minutes of DH placing a call. THey were extrememly nice and helpful, in the busy and hot June season.
(we were staying at Ft. Wilderness)

We would use them in a heartbeat.
