WDW calendar updates vs. 180 ADRs???

Not sure if I'm checking incorrectly on the WDW site or doing the math incorrectly, but shouldn't the March 2011 calendar be updated already with EMH sites & Fantasmic showings? The calendar is currently down, but when I checked yesterday they still didn't have March posted. Otherwise how can people going in March pick their parks & make their reservations now which should be their 180 day window?

We're going in July and my 180 days is 1/18/11. Will they have the July calendar up in time for me to pick my parks based on updated time & show info? I have a touring plans subscription & I'm sure they'll be updating their crowd calendars once the dates of Fantasmic & EMH are published.

How does this work, esp. for Fantasmic dinner packages, if they don't have the Fantasmic dates posted in time for the 180 day window?

Hope I'm making sense - just planning to rely heavily on EMH & touring plans to pick my parks for each day & thus make my ADRs. Will that be possible?

The main site isn't up yet (at least not last I checked) but the calendar is up on the travel agent portal - http://www.disneytravelagents.com/S.../pdf/ParkHours/WDW_Operating_Calendar_mar.pdf

ETA: This is an official Disney site, so you don't have to worry about accuracy, and they reuse the URL from year to year so it is easy to check for updates. You can just sub in your month in the file name to check if hours are up yet. So for July, the URL is http://www.disneytravelagents.com/S...pdf/ParkHours/WDW_Operating_Calendar_july.pdf but if you look at it now, you'll see that 2010's hours are still there. Sometime around New Years you'll see the file change to 2011 hours.
