Worst: Rock N Roller Coaster (bangs me up way too much)

Favorite: right now Laugh Floor because we've had so many great experiences there -- my choice may be different 10 minutes from now

Worst: Ellen's Energy Adventure (I can live without the blatant oil company propaganda)

Overrated: Soarin (needs a refresh at best. I still don't understand why a ride glorifying California is so big in Florida)

Underrated: Mickey's Philharmagic, close second to all street performers that so many just walk by

I would like to fit Star Tours, which I love, somewhere in this list, but I'm not sure where. Is it underrated?

Best Attraction: Tower of Terror (theming plus thrill)/haunted mansion (the entire narration is best.)
Worst Attraction: Stitch/Getting stuck at the end of its a small world
Most Overrated Attraction: (new/WDW only) Space Mountain (dland is great)/rock n roller coaster (terrible roller coaster and aerosmith is terrible, but im a roller coaster snob so...)
Most Underrated Attraction: Philharmagic/Monsters Inc Laugh Floor

Over rated: Space Mountain (I know it is a classic, but to have 2 inside pitch black roller coasters is over kill IMO)

Over rated: Toy Story Mania

Under rated: The Muppet 3d show.
