WDW and Mobile App

I will be traveling next week with 4 seniors who are not very proficient with their phones and apps. I have all the tickets on my phone, is it necessary for them to all download the app too? We will be spending the days all together, just not sure if I should help them download the app or not.

Agreed, swiping through the different tickets is a pain and slows down the line.
