Hi everybody! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I will write more later (still in the car on the way home...but we have made it back to VA). The weather was perfect! Yesterday at Castaway, the Wonder visited us! It was so cool! They had a horn war! I have a great picture I will post tomorrow!

We should be home by 9pm. We were one of the first ones off the ship and we were on the road by 8am.

Deborah - was it you that knew someone with Asperger's Syndrome (or was it Marilyn)?? How did they get diagnosed with it? What can be done to make things easier for that person?

My sister & I have been discussing my nephew Ian and I'm leaning more towards Asperger's. Lisa thinks he has some of the signs of Autism.

Uh oh. It was in the 40sF today and is now already down to 28F! Not good. The storm is supposed to start tomorrow afternoon and have heavy snow nonstop until sometime Monday afternoon. This will be our first storm of the season. I was excited about it earlier, but they're saying it will affect visibility and driving conditions will be dangerous because it will also be some ice coming during that time too. I'll be so ticked off if school has a snow day because our office manager is already frustrated with all the time I've been missing having to leave to pick Tyler up.

A snow day is definitely NOT what I need right now, especially since she did call and leave me a message while I was out of town asking me to work yesterday and today, but it didn't come through my voice mail until tonight. I hate when there's a delay in messages like that. Apparently the Energizer Bunny has been working up a storm and when the piles of work got too crazy, he called her asking her to call his secretaries in. Nobody was in town, but I certainly would have rushed back to get the extra hours. Well, if there's really that much work, they're just going to have to let me bring Tyler in to work with me if there's a snow day.

I wish it would hit tonight and then be gone by Monday morning and roads cleared off, but it's not supposed to hit until tomorrow afternoon and continue heavy straight through Monday afternoon.

I don't know about the messages. It's only happened a couple times to me. It happens often to Tyler's dad and he has a different provider than I do. Could be because no cell phones get reception at my mom's house, so maybe that caused the delay, I don't know.

No more leftovers! I only had enough for 2 plates, and I had both yesterday! I saved pumpkin pie for me & Tyler to have together tonight though. And there's another slice for each of us for tomorrow.
