Oh, I know who he is then. He only meant that he's not on the DIS because of it being his competitor, but yeah, he shouldn't have assumed you'd know who he is or why it would be "obvious". Geez. He really is a great guy though.

Not sure how I got so lucky, but am certainly enjoying it!
Well, I didn't exactly stick with it. I did great over the holidays, did not derail a bit, but when the stress of work changes started, I was into comfort food like crazy and was off track for 2 MONTHS. I don't know how I managed to not gain tons of weight back because the way I was eating was double what I was eating when I weighed 30 pounds more. But now I'm back on track and plan on staying that way. I will splurge on the cruise, but I always lose weight on cruises anyway because of being so much more active and no fast food, plus I never eat lunch the whole time. So it balances out, and this time I plan on making a point of exercising daily, so it will be even better for me.
VERY nice! Had a wonderful time spent in his suite for a couple hours when we were going through the Canal. And he did some very generous things for me and Tyler. I tried to avoid him on the Alaska cruise because I didn't want him to know I booked Hawaii but not with him.This explains the "for obvious reasons" comment...that's Chuck from another travel agency (not Dreams). He & his wife are actually nice people
I didn't want him to think I thought there was anything wrong with his service, just wanted to be with everybody else using you, Monica!

But so beautiful! 
Boring day today. Watched the movie "The Descendants", even though I hate watching sad movies, but it wasn't as bad as I'd expected. So from watching that and "Soul Surfer", it seems Hawaii is very windy ALL the time.
Doing a bit of cleaning too. Ended up cancelling 1-800-Got-Junk because it's $300 I'm just not comfortable spending right now. I need that cushion just in case. So I'm getting rid of things in chunks instead. A person who collects non-working electronics stuff for spare parts is coming this afternoon to pick up a bunch of stuff, so that clears quite a bit of space.
Next I will box up all the clothes that no longer fit and see if any would be usable to somebody else. Most are too worn out, but there might be some. I'm also hoping to get my kitchen and laundry area cleaned today, then maybe the bathroom and start my bedroom tomorrow (and saw up the tree in my backyard). And I have to squeeze in about 4 hours of work today or tomorrow (2 hours might even be enough).
Now.....off to hang my laundry out to dry!
, and should work on clearing some more rocks today from the front yard.
And still not clear to me why it is "obvious" that he doesn't participate in the DIS. Other TAs do, they just respect DU and don't try to advertise their business on this board. Just sayin'....what is so obvious that Deb should have known. Has me a little irritated, but I will wait and meet them on the room tour and make my final judgement then.

Well, no worries, I didn't end up getting the kitchen and bathroomc cleaned because I spent the whole time in my bedroom. Ugggghhh.......yes, it's that bad in there. I managed to clear out 2 big city trash bags of junk and also a big box of clothes I'm donating. And that was only about 1/4 of my bedroom. But at least it's progress and I have a tiny bit of floor space, and I no longer have PILES and PILES of clean clothes stacked around the kitchen and living room and bedroom hall because of not being able to reach my drawers in my bedroom in the mess. 
It was horrible. But now all my clothes are where they belong. It's a great start!
