Well, I'm glad you are not cancelling Alaska!

I am taking 3 weeks vacation, as I am arriving early, then spending a few days in Vancouver afterwards. I also have had to make choices, due to vacation funds, which means that although I will still have one week vacation left this year, I will have to spend it at home. However, I am hoping to take a long weekend or two off work this summer, and I am hoping I can manage a couple days to go to NF to see Holly, Tyler, Deb and John and anyone else that might be able to swing by

You could always come and visit us.. you know... go to Buffalo and turn left... Get off at Exit 26... I'll give you instructions when you get there...

Hi to everybody

Was planning to get the christmas decorations all down today. But ended up losing 2hours of my afternoon to family. Not complaining though. Ken's sister & family stopped here on the way home from the hospital with the new baby. My DSIL is very honest that she was using our house as a stop so we could take care of her two girls while her DH ran to buy groceries. So of course, I simply had to hold the new baby for the entire time and my girls had fun looking after Emily (1.5yrs).

Wish I could use the same excuse. I just do not feel like it! I am having much more fun researching for my vacation. I told my son I just could not get motivated to take down the tree...he suggested leaving it up and hanging hearts for Valentines Day, Eggs for Easter...

It was 64 when they left FL... and windy I hear on CC day... and she's used to warmer weather than we get... (can I come up with anyother reason?)

Finally popping back in after wishing you all a happy new year. Was busy with the grandkids and holidays.

A couple people asked about Harry...his last CT scan was stable. Unfortunately he has terrible neuropathy in his feet from the chemo. He is in a lot of pain. As if cancer isn't bad enough he has numerous health problems. He really needs to retire but keeps pushing on. I don't know how he does it.

It has been hard to get excited about anything, but on a brighter note, we are starting to get excited about our 9/11/11 Dream cruise and our DD's on board wedding. The ship looks beautiful! Can't think of a better place for a wedding!

Remembering our PC cruise and all the good times as the Wonder makes her way to the West Coast.
