Well, another day of good intentions

I bought 8 bags of dirt, 2 of mulch and numerous plants the other day. I gave Brian a deadline of 1:00 pm to pick up Serenity (he came at 1 ) so I could start my gardening. Sounded like a good plan...but it is beautiful and sunny and hot, hot hot!!! And I am completely worn out! I enjoyed reading outside for a while but I am not going to be doing any gardening today. Feel better Holly?
Uggghh......you're making me tired just thinking about doing all of that in the heat!


I did have a lot of fun with Serenity. I bought her a little watering can and she had fun watering my flowers and then all my dandelions I also pulled out a bin full with old toys that my kids used to have. We had fun going through them out on the deck. Kept her busy for a couple of hours. I enjoyed seeing all the old toys and remembering when my kids were little and playing with them I still have a few more bins of toys we didn't touch yet so Serenity shouldn't get bored over here any time soon

stupid weather here.... last weekend it was so lovely

then today start raining and bit cold

Oh I am glad that my organising lanyards finish... I have done lanyards, badge holders with design card...and seal bags and sold for 90 ... 10 left now...

Oh I realised that it was not easy... I must appreciated to Kelly who did it for us for Panama Canal Cruise...

Things a tad bit crazy at work lately so haven't had much time to play.

Hi All....

I can't believe that I watched the ending of Lost two days ago and I'm still perplexed about the whole thing and trying to figure it out. Such a great show that I think ended so wrong.

Oh well, it's a three day weekend coming up. The weather is nice here. Sunny and warm but not too hot. It's beautiful. I'm sure we'll be doing some BBQing this weekend.

Next weekend we're going to spend four nights at Hershey playing in the park. I have my personal travel agent.....that we all know and love....looking into hotels and things to do. Thanks Mon.

So I've been keeping in touch with all the kids by IM. Tom IM'd me and asked to come back to PA and live with us....I said absolutely not. Then I found out from John that he had called the kid, behind my back, and asked if he could move in with him. What a snake. The kid told him no. Then John said that Tom is going on vacation to Florida with the kid and his mother at the end of the month. He wanted to know if we all wanted to meet up and go out to dinner together when they dropped the kid back off here after the vacation. I said absolutely not. Why would I want to go out with my husband's ex and Tom. I know he would try and bamboozle me into letting him come back to live with us. I'm not interested at all.

I feel so bad for John. I know he's disappointed in Sandy and Tom and even Kris too. No matter what, he loves them....but he doesn't like their choices in their lives. It's hard for me, I can't even imagine how hard it is for him.

Well, two years ago today we were standing on a long line trying to get off the ship. When we finally passed thru customs, we had one piece of luggage missing....the one with our babies in it....Webster and Cozy. Fortunately, our car service driver waited over an hour for us to exit the terminal and took us to LAX to pick up our car rental. Then we checked into our hotel. As soon as we got offloaded, the terminal called and said that they had our bag. Someone picked it up by mistake and then returned it when they realized. They told us we only had 30 minutes to get back there before they closed for the night. We flew down there in the car rental.....not having a clue where we were going. We made it just in the nick of time and rescued our babies. What an ordeal. But all's well that ends well.

One wandered through Saratoga last year and ended at the racetrack... it was mating season...

I remember you saying a bag had gone missing, but I can't ever remember reading you got it back. I have thought about it often and kept meaning to ask.

Funny thing is that they always go in the carryons....this was the one time that we put them in the luggage....and see what happened. We won't make that mistake again.
