here's something I found for the Alaska run

CanadianMickeyLifeBouyWonder.jpg

Great for the LA/Vancouver repo or any of the Alasksa cruises.

We should come up with a 'name' for the Thieves who are going on the repo (there are like 15 cabins of us) and we could each have one for our doors! :thumbsup2

.

thanks, what software do you use anyway, I only have an old version of micrographics desiner

I have an old version of Photoshop Elements. I have vers 4 and it is currently on vers 8. I'm trying to see if / when vers 9 is coming out before deciding to buy vers 8.

Honey... if I'm on the cruise... your door will not be bare... :rolleyes1

:worship: :worship:

try emailing it... want Marilyn's super secret email address? I have it!!! :dance3:

Michelle, I do hope you and the Queen Mum will be able to join us on the TA.

Well i should find your cabin easily enough!!!

Not at all - it is super cool!!

Oooh, that is VERY nice!!! I must have given you the wrong room number John, sorry. It is 7096.:guilty:

Welcome to the Magnifcent Deck 7 Crew, we're a very friendly gang we have the secret deck and are closer to Topsiders and Cove Cafe! Apart from our first cruise we have always been on 7, usually in a Cat 7 but this time because of booking later we are in 7104.

Happy Pride Day everyone,

I decided to keep Sukie company at the parade while he took photos. There were over 250 floats/entrants in the parade and over a half a million people. Most of them drunk from what I could seen.

I am even more exhausted and tired and achy than a day at the parks.

It was fun in a way. Sukie took lots of photos for his paper and lots of people fussed over him, because "Out and Proud in Chicago" has been screening all week on PBS.

We went to to party at the paper's office. All I wanted to do was sit down and have a cold drink. It was not to be, more people fussing over Sukie. One very drunk young man became very enamored and would not leave Sukie alone. I'm afraid I was a bit rude to the young man, tapped his shoulder and said, "Excuse me but perhaps you're too drunk to have noticed the wedding ring?"

Actually, wasn't jealous sort at all he just caught me at a bad time, I was cranky hot, tired. I was annoyed that we couldn't just sit quietly and have a cold drink.

The young man then started to complement Sukie on his hair. I said, "It isn't real you know. It's a toupee. At night he keeps it on the night stand next to the bed."

"You shouldn't say such horrible things!" He said.

"I don't think it's horrible at al." I replied. "After all, like the toupee well enought to buy it for him!"

From there it only got worse. More people huddling around, one who apparently wanted to know what day and time Sukie and I were on TV so they could catch our show.

We ended up leaving. I never did get to sit down for very long or finish my cold drink.

Ohhh Ian.. you are a troublemaker... and we love you!!! btw... are you going to get mad at me if I run my fingers through Sukies hair to check for his weave? :lmao: :lmao:

I am trying very hard to get on the cruises... And I think we may book a cat 6 because the cat 6's on the last Med cruise are 1/2 the price of the cat 5's... I just have to see if they will assign a room for me so I can get both trips in the same SR...

And the airfare... It's $2300 on Continental... If I can get my hand on someones credit card... :rolleyes1 I'm goin first class... :rotfl:

nope sorry can't help you there. My favourites are Boston Cream or Canadian Maple.

My faves are Vanilla Cream and Canadian Maple. :thumbsup2 I'll probably end up getting one later today as a reward for all the work I'm doing around the house. :goodvibes

I'm SO tired of working on Tyler's bedroom. But I'm thrilled that I've stuck with it all day (with lots of breaks) today and a bit last night when I dismantled the bed. I just took 3 grocery bags of junk out to the trash can. He'll be unhappy when he realizes all the stuff I got rid of, but he'll just have to deal with it. It's the only way to get things under control. I've also put a bunch of things on Freecycle to give away too. :thumbsup2 I'm determined. I will NOT go to bed until his room is DONE. I will reward myself with Tim Horton's for breakfast tomorrow!

I can't take it any more! There's no way I can finish his room before I go to bed. Can't clean a second longer. I'm amazed at how long this is taking, but I'm wiping everything, every piece of toy, everything I pick up, every surface with antibiotic wipes and am also spraying Lysol disinfectant spray on each area as I go. His bedroom is the only place I thought the mice were not hanging out back when we had them. I was soooooo wrong! Therefore, a MAJOR disinfecting job was needed. It's horrifying. I'm going to have nightmares about mouse poop. Absolutely disgusting. That's why it's taking so long. It's not just simply putting things away, it's a complete overhaul. :headache: BUT....I'm more than halfway done and should be able to finish before he gets home. In addition to the 4 grocery bags of stuff I threw away earlier, I've now filled one of our giant city trash bags. :sad2:

NOW......I'm off to eat my ice cream and watch TV! :yay:

Boston Cream or Apple Fritter for me :)

Holly, what a lot of work YOU have been doing! Glad you rewarded yourself with ice cream and then donuts for breakfast :thumbsup2

Tyler's going to love his new bed and tidy clean room!

Hi Friends....happy Saturday!

I'm so excited because I'm booking tonight.....Atlantis excursion, hot stone massage for John, parasailing for Casey and Palo brunch. Gotta stay up until midnight and get it done. Then on Wednesday at midnight I get to book again for the second leg of the cruise....catamaran snorkel excursion, jet skis for John and Casey and Palo dinner with Lisa and Darrell.

When I do the Dream, I'm not booking anything except Palo. I plan on staying onboard to explore. I think I'll skip the new French restaurant too....not sure about that menu.

John and I are going to have to figure out how many vacation days he's going to have available when we get ready to do the LA repo/Alaska....too many cruises and so little time off.:laughing::laughing:

Oh, I'm so excited for you :cool1:

Were you able to get everything you wanted?

I had to go in to work today. It was just starting to rain as I was coming home. I had hoped to get at least an hour to sit out and read on the deck. It has been thundering for a while off in the distance and we are under a tornado watch at the moment :scared1: We've had two tornados in Ontario in the last couple of weeks.

Willie is racing today Molly and I stayed home trying to give him some space to see if he can get his head back in the game. wishing I could see him :sad1: :car:

 How did he make out Nan? Were you and Molly able to find something fun to do to help pass the time?

Tornado watch has just changed to a severe thunderstorm watch, with diminishing chances of a tornado developing. I'm staying in tonight!

We've been having horrible weather in this part of the continent, haven't we? Earlier this week, Sukie and I were watching TV and the tornado sirens went off. Tornado sirens in the city! We had to go down into the basement to wait it out.

Same thing happened earlier in the week while I was at work. We're on the 16th floor of a 35 story tall building downtown. The windows started bulging in and out. Everyone moved away from the windows. The winds were 90 mph! It was bad. Some windows blew out in the Sears Tower.
