Well, I did some major grocery shopping today, bought all the right things, and tomorrow I'm going to start tracking points again. Please wish me luck. I'm tired of not being able to wear all my clothes because not much fits anymore and I refuse to buy bigger clothes, so I'm ready to try again. I'm going to try to get motivated to walk on my lunch hour as often as possible too, or at home after work.

Ok and a photoshop graphic of Ian wearing big girl panties and a pink wig ...

Is that to go on the B2B cruise design???

Careful Ken. You're not the only one who knows how to use Photoshop and I have the full version of it too. Not just elements.

Oh, and Ian, the Arnold's Sandwich Thins you've mentioned before were on sale, otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed them. I'm looking forward to trying them! :goodvibes

Well stated!!! I'm so excited to be joining in on the fun :cool1::cool1::woohoo::woohoo::yay::yay:

It just goes to show that you're made of strong stuff, that we're on the cruise and you still plan on coming! I would think that our behaviour at dinner would have scared you off!

If you have Costco they are super cheap there.

You actually play a part in this too! I was telling a co-worker how much weight you lost and she was amazed! We talked about how helpful it is to find somebody who inspires you to do things you struggle with. She asked me what my excuse is for getting off track, I told her I'm just lazy and want all the junk. She told me she can crack down and drag me out to walk at lunchtime and she also said she can pay attention to what I'm eating if that will help. Perhaps she motivated me a bit too, but it started with me telling her about your success. :thumbsup2

We don't have Costco, unfortunately. If I end up liking them, I'll shop around. The sale price was $2.79 for a package of 8.

Glad to help! I have gotten to the point that sweets and breads don't even tempt me anymore. And I can tell you that it will be a great feeling when you suceed and go to the store to buy new clothes and come home with size 4!

Oh, the only things I eat are sweets and breads! I hope I get to that point someday.

I don't think I was ever a size 4, right now I'm at size 20, so I'd be happy with size 10. :thumbsup2 But for now, I'm going to focus on 5 pounds. Then when I get there, I'll focus on losing another 5, etc. Little chunks makes it seem easier. :goodvibes

Hey all you Wii owners, Toys R Us has one on sale for $199, so I might get one this week! :cool1:

Holly they dropped their price to $199, so I bet if you waited a little bit you'll find some on a better deal (maybe Xmas gift???) look for bundles, the games for them aren't cheap either :sad2:

YEAHHHHH Holly....so good for you! It's easy if you just have only low point food in the house. Then it's just a numbers game. Oh, and never leave the house! That probably helps me. But getting active is also good too.

I was not motivated to start tracking again after vacation....but I just fell right back into it and didn't think about it. Just DO IT ....like Nike! I'm glad I did because now I feel good about doing it again. The more you do it and feel good....the more you're going to want to keep doing it.

Christmas is a good idea, I keep forgetting it's coming up. My dad always gets frustrated when he asks me every year what I'd like and I tell him I don't know or I don't need anything. I can just tell him I want this! :thumbsup2

Deb, staying at home is just the opposite for me. I'll sit and eat and eat and eat until those 1 point items become 20 points. It's better for me to be out doing things and it distracts me. :thumbsup2

WOW Gydell....you really have come a long way....and it didn't take you all that long. Now how is it that you have no flab and look SO GOOD!!!

Ian, you too. You look even better than you did on the PC cruise. I meant to tell you that everytime I saw you this past trip. You suggested weights to keep the flab away, correct?

I have to do something and I have to start soon.

Ian, Gydell....what did each of you do?

I think I'll wait for black Friday and see what they go down to. That would be a good way to get physical and worth a try.:confused3

Long sleeves!!! They hide alot! You haven't seen a pix of me lately, have you?:confused3 If you are talking about the one from Connie's, you need to take 45 pounds off of it!

Everyone has their way of losing weight. I did the Dr. Oz method and it worked for me.

Good luck to all of you trying to lose weight!!!

Well then it's good that I'm in and you're out!

I like to have a snack at night watching TV....I'll eat carrots and celery instead of junk food. We had only junk food in the suite at WDW after cruise and that's what I ate....pretzels, candy and cake.

Now at home I eat carrots, celery and jello. It just matters what you have in the house. And I drink a LOT of water. I track every bottle and use only water to make the happy face appear online. My goal everyday is to get those happy faces....the only ones I focus on are the water and the fruits and veggies. If I eat more of that than anything else, then I know that I'm healthy and I'm going to lose weight.

I try to keep it simple.
