I recommend that you stick to one scale only and weigh yourself on the same day, same time of day every week. Our weight can fluctuate by as much as 2 pounds during the course of a day.
When I attending meetings (rather than leading them), my day was Sunday mornings. I attended 8:30 AM meetings (different location), and that is the only time I weighed in.
I still weigh myself every Sunday morning, before I start my meetings (after a quick change into gym shorts and a t-shirt in the stock room). I never step on a scale otherwise.
I think that by keeping it regular, I just never drove myself crazy with any unaccountable variances.
The program is designed to produce a maximum loss of 2 pound a week. Though it varies.
Over time, I learned my weight loss pattern, which was not consistent from week to week.
Typically I had a bigger loss, a little over 2 pounds, followed by a week with a small loss, about .2 pounds, followed by no loss or a .5 pound gain, followed by a big loss again. Then the patter would repeat for another 3 weeks.
As I always tell members, track, track, track and the scale will eventually follow the behavior. The scale ALWAY eventually follows the behavior, no matter what the behavior is (as evidenced by my 20 years of progressively gaining weight, followed by getting myself on track and reaching goal).
I'm sure you did GREAT this week.
PS - Avoid having overly salty foods, or salty meals the day before weigh in. Salty food can cause some water retention which could impact results.
