I hope she tries them when she is older. Brooke and Ethan were so young when they started going (Brooke was in my tummy) that they didn't know the difference.

I do not think it is totally, or maybe even a little bit based on exposure. Our boys started going to WDW when they were little. They tried rides that they were the right height for and if they did not like something we did not push them to do it again. We asked if they wanted to and we accepted NO as an answer.

I think some people have brains that enjoy or even crave fast, jerky movements and they LOVE roller coasters.

Others have brains that are wired differently and for them the same experience is unpleasant.

I also think this can change as people age. Some people who hate such rides grow into liking them, like my boys.

Some people who like them as kids grow into not liking them, like me. The one and only time I was on California Screaming and the last time I was on Triceratops Spin I knew were my last rides. I found the experiences to be physically and mentally unpleasant.

I think the same thing can happen with events that startle people. I hate them. My heart races and it is very unpleasant. After the event is over I do not remember it as fun or silly. It is still very unpleasant.

I really do think it has to do with how our brains are wired.

But there must be something else. If not it can be their first geocatch.

Depending on timing we might take you to a Canadian Football Game as our season just gets started near the beginning of July.

And yes we can probably do a geocache - cause that is such a "Canadian" thing. You know using millions of dollars of US technology to find tupperware in the woods. And the first one was placed in the US.:rolleyes:

So, I am giving Pain in the Butt advice to the wrong person! So, the advice goes for you too! Google sciatica and DO those stretches!!!!!!!!!!!

:hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper:

How come you can say butt but I can't say b o o b?

oh, no, it couldn't have been minus 51, I must have misunderstood him. I know Canada is cold, but Winnipeg is only a few hundred miles north of North Dakota........hmmmmmmm

Yes it could have been -51C (-59F) in Winnipeg. With the windchill that is not unheard of.

It's confusing I know. I misunderstood earlier :lmao:

I am English, and Scots-Irish. I REALLY want to visit Armagh in Northern Ireland......it's on my List.....too bad my list gets longer and longer and longer. Right now we are trying to get a good rate for an Eastern Carribben on DCL. I thought we could go Feb 14, but there are no handicapped accessible rooms available for cast members.........so we are going to try to go in March. If we wait much longer, Easter will be here, then spring break, then summer. And there won't be any good rates until NEXT winter! Oh, well, just gotta keep my options open. Connie

I want to visit lots of places :rolleyes: Do you have to get handicap accessible rooms every time? I think that would be hit and miss.

So Gaylean, who do we have to root for in the Superbowl? I think I'll root for whoever Jerry is taking. Its his house, and hes in a little better shape than me!
