We should bring it. It's your birthday.

Bring what? and why bring something I already have. And the gin is yours from your last visit but there is only enough for a couple/few drinks. So if you want something I don't have feel free to bring it. The champagne is the Korbel Natural I got for NYE and never drank.

I checked in a guest from Canada today. He is in IT in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He said it was minus 51 when they left home. IO'm not usre what that is in Fahrenheit. But it's cold!! He said he was golfing in October.......but winter's b een brutal.

That is crazy is Celsius. Like -100.

Sorry baby, there is some tequila left for you. Are you going for it straight or should I pick up a mixer for you?

Gaylean would never do that :upsidedow I did like it the first time we met you. Maybe in smaller amounts :confused3

Off to bed early tonight. I've got a terrible pain with my siatic (sp) nerve. Just started this morning and I've been hurting all day. I think I'll watch a little Nip/Tuck in bed and hopefully sleep it off.

Catch ya tomorrow :wave2:

So, I am giving Pain in the Butt advice to the wrong person! So, the advice goes for you too! Google sciatica and DO those stretches!!!!!!!!!!!

Winnipeg is really cold. It is right in the middle of the country and is in the prairies. It gets quite the wind and has nothing to protect it. Portage and Main (a cross street in downtown Winnipeg) is considered to be the windiest corner in Canada.

I was there in November and it was too cold for my tastes. At -40 fahrenheit and celsius are both the same.

Would you know Winnipeg? Well you might if you know Bachman-Turner-Overdrive (BTO). They are from Winnipeg. Takin' Care of Business or perhaps You ain't seen nothing yet

oh, no, it couldn't have been minus 51, I must have misunderstood him. I know Canada is cold, but Winnipeg is only a few hundred miles north of North Dakota........hmmmmmmm

Howdy everybody! Tyler asked me to set both of our alarms for this morning because he's tired of me sleeping through church. ;) So we finally made it there today after missing a month. Everybody was happy to see us and Tyler enjoyed telling everybody that the reason we haven't been there is because I've been sleeping late.

Afterwards, we had lunch, then went outside to shovel. Well, I shoveled while Tyler played in the snow. :goodvibes When we came back inside, I discovered another pipe that froze. :scared: I had put a load of laundry in the washer before we went outside, and apparently, the drain that the washer empties into FROZE! There was water all over the floor. But fortunately, that area where the washer & dryer are has a concrete floor with a drain just for that reason of course, so most of it had already gone down the drain, I just had a muddy mess because the rug over where we walk on that floor was soaked and the dirt from our shoes that gathers there was muddy. What a mess to clean up. It happened last winter too, but I'd forgotten.

Then I was wiped out and told Tyler I was going to take a nap, he told me he'll just color and play, but after a little while I felt him climb up on the couch with me and we both napped for FOUR HOURS!!!!!!

Woke up just in time for supper, played some more, then we got hooked on Lego videos on youtube! So funny! :rotfl: So Tyler's back in bed, and I'm ready myself, but want to catch up here first.

:hug::hug::hug:

Great, Tyler will probably love it too. :goodvibes Yup, he has a dog at his dad's. It's an Akita. Beautiful dog, super friendly. I just love him! They got him just over a year and a half ago.

I hope you're feeling better today!

SHE'S DONE SHOVELING

Good to "see" you Holly, where you been all day? Anything fun?

Ok I see you already answered.

I just want you to be happy. We are fine with whatever and will bring what we need and probably leave more for the next time ;)

I'm Irish, German and English ;)

I am English, and Scots-Irish. I REALLY want to visit Armagh in Northern Ireland......it's on my List.....too bad my list gets longer and longer and longer. Right now we are trying to get a good rate for an Eastern Carribben on DCL. I thought we could go Feb 14, but there are no handicapped accessible rooms available for cast members.........so we are going to try to go in March. If we wait much longer, Easter will be here, then spring break, then summer. And there won't be any good rates until NEXT winter! Oh, well, just gotta keep my options open. Connie
