Hi Michelle! Luv u 2!!!!!!!
No I would have rather him been watching TV than on the computer. He loves that thing he sent you to join. I don't know what it is but he'd rather do that than watch real football.
I'm not into football even remotely enough to enjoy a fantasy football league. But I know he loves it. And that was just a cheap shot about his Browns!Sorry Jon!!!!
Now we all need a girl's trip to Ireland

Hi Kathe!!!![]()
Tonight we watched the French film, "La Vie en Rose." A film about the life of Edith Piaf.
The first snafu, was that it did not automatically have English Subtitles. Which I sort of failed to see, because I was understanding the French.
Then Sukie said, "Why aren't there any subtitles?" He on the other hand, does not understand French.
So, back to the menu and the beginning of the film.
That was about the most interesting part of the whole experience.
We really did not like the film and were pretty bored by it.
You know you're bored when you start fast forwarding through it.
Well, you know I'm looking for something to do in 2011

-51c is -60F.
Do you really think it gets that cold in Winnipeg? Isn't that a bit unlikely? The mean temperature in Antarctica is -56F.
I checked and the temperature today was 28F with a low of -1F.
He might have been pulling Connie's leg.

Well if you never liked a bad team than you would be a bad fan![]()

What what? Have I said anything about Ken!!!!!![]()
If you include windchill then yes it can get that cold in Winnipeg. In fact according to the weathernetwork right now it is -15C in Winnipeg w/o the windchill factor.
In fact on Jan 13, 2009 it was -37.6 C. Add the typical winds in Winnipeg to that and I bet you get -51C no problem.
There is a song from Randy Bachman (of the aforementioned BTO) called PRAIRIE SONG, where he sings of the fifty below.
Born and raised in a prairie town
Just a kid full of dreams
We didnt have much but an old radio
Music came from places wed never been
Growing up in a prairie town
Learning to drive in the snow
Not much to do so you start a band
And soon youve gone as far as you can go
(chorus)
Winter nights are long, summer days are gone
Portage and Main fifty below
Springtime melts the snow, rivers overflow
Portage and Main fifty below
Portage and Main fifty below
All the bands in a prairie town
Try to outdo the next in line
Learning records out of Liverpool
Dreams of England on their Minds
On the other side of Winnipeg
Neil and The Squires played the Zone
But then he went to play
For awhile in Thunder Bay
He never looked back and hes never coming home
Just a band from a prairie town
Sometimes wed drive from coast to coast
One call from LA and wed pack and fly away
But in our hearts were always prairie folk
Looking back at a prairie town
People ask me why I went away
To fly with the best, sometimes you have to leave the nest
But the prairies made me what I am today
