Waterpark question

Do you have to go in an innertube on Cross Country creek at Blizzard Beach and Castaway Creek at Typhoon Lagoon or can you walk through it? When we were there 11 years ago my husband was able to walk through it. I am not sure I will be able to get in an innertube this time but would love to be able to experience them with my family. Also does any one know if I will be able to take my cane in with me? There isn't much i will be able to do at the waterparks but was hoping I could still do these as I always loved these type of water rides.

You do not need to use a tube to experience the lazy rivers.
You can free float or walk.
I have never seen anybody with a cane, but I can't say if it is or isn't allowed.

Yeah, you can definitely walk/swim, etc. I don't know about the cane, but last time I was at TL, I did see a woman with a wheelchair in the shallow waters of the wave pool, so I'm thinking they may allow it or have some accommodation.

Are you talking about actually using your cane IN the lazy river?
