Water Parks in February 2005?

I'm bringing my family back to WDW in February '05. Does anyone know whether Typhoon Lagoon or Bliizard Beach will be open at the time? On one of my previous visits in Jan '97 BB was closed - is this likely to be the same story again?

Blizzard Beach was open this year in February while Typhoon Lagoon was closed. It was unusually cold the week we were there so we couldn't do the waterparks at all. We are going again in August of this year and something tells me it will be warm enough to swim this time!!

Usually 1 of the water parks is closed at this time. We are going for 2 weeks in February too!! I'd love to spend 1 day at a waterpark. I just don't know though. We went in Feb 2003 and it was too cold to swim. It was only in the mid 60's each day.
