I agree- I'll be on the computer and think, "Hey, I can get in 20 more minutes on the elliptical!"
I'll tell you one secret I did to pass a Physical Fitness test beforeI was trying to 'up' my sit-ups to 80 in less then 2 minutes (I think?). So whenever I watched television, whenever the commercials came on- I'd do as many sit-ups as I could while the commercials were on.
And guess what? I kicked BUTT on sit-ups by the time I had to do them!
That is such a good idea! I'm going to start doing that. We've been in a bad habit of watching too much tv over the winter, so maybe now I can justify watching a few of my favorites by doing situps & stuff during the commercials. I mean, I don't want to miss Dancing w/ the stars, Bachelor & American Idol...what would I do if I didn't know what was going on each week
