***Watch my Disney World video montage!!!***

Wonderful job on the video! Your editing was fantastic. Can't wait to show it to my DH and other family members. Thanks for sharing! :thumbsup2

I am totally impressed, what a great way to present your vacation!!! This would put an end to people running from the room when we say "Time to watch our latest Disney vacation videos. :scared1: My DH has been hinting that software to do this would be a good idea, now I totally agree. Thanks so much for sharing!!! :thumbsup2

I loved it! Thanks for sharing this with us! Can you please tell me what music you used for it?

Now, after I do the DVout and edit it and stuff, can I get it recorded back onto a blank mini DV somehow so it is more portable - or do you just y=use youtube or a similar site and just share that way - also, what does everyone think about putting a video montage type thing on line for others if it has your kids picture on them? No different than kodakeasysharegallery, right? Except you have to have a code to view those pics - is there a video site where you need a password? Thanks! We leave in 8 days!
If your camcorder has both DV out and DV in, you'll be able to send the video back onto tape. It's very straightforward once you know what you're doing. I think you can upload videos on youtube privately, so that they can only be viewed by people you have invited. That would probably be a good idea if you don't want your kids broadcasted on the net. Have a great time in 8 days!!!

The music is all from the Fantasmic soundtrack. It was horrible having to cut so much out - I love the whole thing!

By the way, my media teacher told me today that he didn't like my video at all! He said he couldn't see the point of a WDW montage! But after all the wonderful feedback from all of you, I couldn't care less about what he said. I'm just so glad all of you enjoyed it! Thanks again for watching, epsecially those of you who shared it with others. :teeth: My teacher obviously doesn't know the meaning of the magic. :wizard:

Random,

excellent video and great work! I was curious if you'd share what type of camcorder you use.

thanks so much for posting this movie!
Ian

Thanks very much! I'm still wondering if anyone noticed Pocahontas getting a leaf stuck on her face.

imercier, I use a JVC mini DV camcorder, but for this I also used a Sony one.

:thumbsup2 Thanks so much, Dan! And what do teachers know? They get it (I do!) or they don't! YOU have shared the magic! Thanks, again!

Loved the video only wish I had DSL It is very slow loading with dial up. Keeps stopping to buffer but it was great regardless. Wish I had that much talent still learning. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic!! I loved it, even sent a link to my son and his girlfriend to watch to get in the mood for our trip next month. Thanks for sharing. :)

Thanks for the new posts! Debbie, you made me feel a lot better about what my teacher said. In fact...

I looked through everybody's posts in this thread last night and I realised how stupid it would be to listen to my teacher's sweeping statements over all of you! I went and challenged his 'expert' opinion today, with your comments backing me up! He immediately dropped his disdainful attitude and suggested I use my footage, but turn it into a short documentary rather than a montage. Result! I might have something new to show you guys very soon!

Another great big thank you to every single one of you who posted a comment! You've really made a difference!

I really enjoyed it a lot. It made me want to be in Disney. A question for everyone- how do you get videos onto the computer?

thank you so much for sharing...I can't wait to go again

That was really awesome. Thanks for sharing your video!
