washing clothes

Does anyone know how much it is to wash clothes. If I remember correctly it is $2 for the wash and $2 for the dryer. Do the machines take dollars and quarters? I'm trying to pack the money with the detergent and just wanted to pack the right amount.

$2 a load is what I remember too. The machines only take quarters but there is a change machine that takes 1s and 5s in the laundry room at each of the comfort stations and the laundry room by the small pool.

There also is normally a vending machine that has various laundry products in case you miss/forget something.

DH wonders why I steal all of his quarters...I usually end up with 5 rolls for our trips to Florida. Used to be that when my boys were younger I had ten rolls and they each got a roll to use at the arcade and if there were more left at the end of the trip and the laundry was done they had their hands out for more!

I may be dating myself with this comment.
My kids keep using the phrase "Im almost finished (insert game name here)!!"
I never finished a game in my life...We didnt even know they had LAST LEVELS, just infinite numbers of aliens to kill or rocks to blast...games are so complicated now...Remember when 1 quarter could get you to level seven or eight on DEFENDER?? Arcade games were always so much more fun than washers and dryers..with washer and dryers, you ALWAYS LOSE and have to fold clothes at the end of the game!!

I kill two birds with one stone - I bring an old controller from my son's playstation and stand in front of the dryer while my underwear tumbles. I have high score in the 1900 loop comfort station.
