This is a new problem for me but an old problem for gardeners, so I figure someone out there can give me advice.
I have rabbits in my veggie garden and they keep eating my broccoli and pea shoots. I don't have much else out there yet (temps are supposed to be back down in the 20's tomorrow night), but I want a plan of attack before I spend more time and effort in this garden. Up until now I had this awesome dog who kept the critters out of the yard. Sadly we had to have him put down last fall, and now the bunnies are taking over.
So, what have you found works best in your gardens? I garden organically and getting another dog isn't in the near future. A friend recommended a gun, but the neighbors are a little too close by for that.
Hav-a-hart traps don't work. I've tried. TIA!
