I was researching some navigators from current cruises and I don't see a pirate night buffet on any of them. Was this event removed ? I had not heard anything about this .
That's what I was thinking... and asked what navigator OP looked atIf you looked at Fantasy Navigators, maybe the Pirate party buffet was replaced by the SWDAS buffet.
I was looking at the Magic Southern Carribean .We had it February on the Dream, what navigator were you looking at?
We looked for it on the Magic in March and it wasn't there. Maybe it's gone now?
Also, it can be easy to miss while there. After the fireworks, they go into a "dance party" type thing on the deck. The Pirate Buffet is DURING that dancing. If you were to hang out and dance, thinking that it is part of the Pirate Firework show, you can easily miss the Buffet which only lasts like 30-45 minutes. Also, like with all other DCL buffets, you don't have to start at the beginning. You are welcome to walk up to any station that interests you and be behind anyone else who is already at that station. Some people see a line at the beginning and feel they must wait in it, or they walk away because the don't wish to wait, but unless you want whatever is first, you don't have to wait there. CMs will come along and tell people this ,but not every minute, and some people just prefer to wait, so the line remains.
This! The Mexican choices should be offered all the time. I love me some tacos. I have second seating so I’m always too full for the pirate buffet. It seems some of the craziness is the fact that they have some offerings on that buffet that you cannot get any other time during the cruise like the Mexican choices.
