We are from New Jersey and are going to WDW during Jersey Week - first week of November. Airfares from Newark, NJ are high that week.

We are considering Jet Blue out of NYC. Anyone else fly with them? How was it? and how expensive.

Thanks,

My husband and many friends flew JetBlue and loved it. We are trying it for the first time in August. From what I understand they have new planes with leather seats. We're also going out of JFK. My kids can't wait. :Pinkbounc

We paid $225.00. They went up $20.00 after I booked it.
By comparison was Delta Song was $230.00. It doesn't look like fares are going to be low this year.

Have flown Jet Blue 3 times out of NYC and never had a problem.

The leather seats are great and very comfortable.
Choice of 4-5 different snacks, with seconds upon request.
Great, friendly flight crew.
On-time every flight we took.
Can't beat the Direct-TV in every seat to pass time.

We love Jet Blue and recently moved to PA but we drove to NYC anyway just to fly Jet Blue.

We have flown both JetBlue and Song this winter.

We LOVED JetBlue. All the basics were fine, on time, choice of snack, you get the whole can of soda or juice to drink, not just the teeny little cup. ;) But the ground crew, and the air crew were just so NICE. Their signature snack is BLUE TerraChips. My DS really enjoyed them, and asked the FA if he could have another bag. She said 'sure' brought him one bag, and then a little later, she walked by him, and dropped a plain white plastic bag in his lap. With 5 more bags! As we were deplaning, the pilot was chatting with the kids who were getting off. Just nice.

All things being equal, unless I found an INCREDIBLE low rate with someone else, I would fly JetBlue anywhere I go.

Jet Blue is not an airplane ride, it is an experience well worth trying!

Flew JetBlue for the first time this past February, BOS to MCO......LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!

Leather seats very cushy and comfortable. Kids mesmerized by individual TV's. Flight crew was awesome and very helpful.

Price went down on our tix 1 week prior to leaving and they credited my TrueBlue account the difference without question. Looking forward to using them again this November.

The only thing that would make them better is if they started flying out of Manchester, NH so we didn't have to make the trip into Logan.

I love JetBlue however their fares are running high now. I wanted to take them down July 17th through the 25th out of NY but I waited too long to get the tickets. Round trip for 3 during decent times, was almost $800.

When I searched out Song, I got comparable flight times almost and tickets for about $200 less. I say "almost" cause to get the lower price we're leaving a little later than I would like too. But that's ok cause we don't hit the parks on the first day.

But service wise JetBlue is wonderful. I hope Song can measure up to them. I do know that they are installing TV's on Song which would make my 14 DS happier now!!

Wow we got great rates for Ocotber. We are paying $175 round trip all taxes included. I wonder why the difference. They were cheaper than Song.
I have a friend who just flew Jet Blue and loved it so I am not worried.

If I had purchased my tickets back in January I would have gotten a round trip fare of $158 per person.

I've flown Delta before and actually, until JetBlue came along, Delta was my airline of choice. But you do get spoiled; larger seats, TV's!!!!!! But since Song is doing the TV thing that will help! :)

I’m so glad to hear all these great reports on JetBlue! We got great deal for our October flights and I’m so anxious reading all these great reports to try them myself!

I'm so glad to hear all your rave reviews. I'm debating a November trip and that is my deciding factor. If I can get airfare for 4 for around $700.00 - then I'm booking the trip!!

Thanks,

I have a flight booked with Jetblue in April. After I booked the flight, I realized that I had forgotten to choose my seat for the flight home so I called them. Believe it or not, I was connected in less than a minute-no long hold time! The very kind woman gave me my seats and then I told her that I had to bring a breathing machine for sleep apnea with me. She noted that on my profile so that when I checked in I wouldn't have problems. I also told her that I often got sick when flying so she noted that, too. I felt less anxious after I talked to her.
A few days later I noticed that my airfare dropped $50/person so I called to see if they would drop my fare. Sure enough, I was connected within seconds, and given a refund. The rules are that you have to use the refund within a year but it is tranferrable to anyone you designate. So far I have no complaints about Jetblue and just hope my flight will go as smoothly!

::yes::

DH and I love JetBlue, flying out of JFK wasn't too bad, (though, I wish they could fly out of Newark Liberty). The seats were REALLY roomy, the Flight Attendants were nice, and they gave us yummy snacks. Funky blue chips, or animal crackers, or like a nahco mix.

There is no first class, but all the seats are leather and very roomy and comfy. And the TV is a big help to pass time. But bring your own headphones, the headphones they give you are a little crummy.

The trip in May, we will be Flying w/ Jet Blue again. We got the tix for $190 pp. rt.

ENJOY!!!::yes::
