Want to try everything - how are these places for our first time?

Your choices are good, but I agree with a PP that two all you care to enjoy meals in one day is to much. We ate at Boma for a late breakfast 10:45 and we were still not all that hungry for Ohana dinner at 6:00. ( I think that the French toast bread pudding that kept jumping onto my plate had something to do with it, mmmmmm!!!) So with that being said it will be no more than one all you can eat places per day for us :). Have a great trip...

That's almost every first-timer's mistake. Plenty of others make the same mistake; it's easy to do and if you have a lot of ADRs and then add fastpasses to the mix, most people will feel over-scheduled.

Also, I noticed that you have a 9-year old daughter and lots of character meals but no princesses. I'm assuming she's not a princess type and that's by design?
That's right! A few years ago it would be all princesses - all the time. Now she acts like she's too cool for them. But I bet once we are in Disney with actual princesses, she may change her tune. She also doesn't know that we're going yet...can't wait to tell her!!!

You could consider switching 1900 Park Fare to dinner. She might like their unique take on a princess meal. But the menu and characters are very different from breakfast!

As long as you have a nice sit-down meal once a day I think you're fine. Better to under plan because you can always get something to eat at any time if you suddenly get hungry. I totally get that Kelly Loves Food, most of us do. However, loading up on large meals and trying to make your way through hot, crowded parks can be uncomfortable. I can pack away the groceries, but I think one buffet a day is plenty. :earsboy:
