Want to Share a Great Site for Disney Transportation

I came across a great site that includes detailed information for Disney Transportation. You select where you are starting and where you want to end up. It tells you how to get there and approximately how long it will take. If you have transportation questions or want to know approximately how long it will take to take from point A to point B, check this out

That was fun! It's kind of neat to see how long it takes. Normally it doesn't seem as long as it says.... maybe because we are too excited!

I swear the first time I went to that website and spent about 3 hours just keying in places (even ones I didn't really have the slightest desire to go to!) so you aren't alone!

Except for I don't think it works right.

I entered from Coronado Springs to Downtown Disney.. and it suggested I take a bus from Coronado Springs to Boardwalk Resort and then take another bus from there to DTD/PI.

What? That makes zero sense. There should be a direct bus from CS to DTD/PI. So, I think it's got a few bugs yet.

Cool idea tho.

I don't think there is such a thing as a bus that goes from CS to BW directly.. no.

Well, I don't know what the heck they did to that thing! It worked pretty much perfectly for my last trip, and now it's saying that to get to Epcot from POFQ, I should either take the boat, or take the boat to MGM and then take another boat to Epcot... But don't worry OP, I know it used to work reeeally well, I don't know if they re-did it and it ended up buggy or what?

ETA: Oops, I totally misread the POFQ to Epcot thing... It was saying bus to Epcot or bus to MGM then boat to Epcot... Thought I saw a "t" where there wasn't one lol!

I am also staying at POFQ and just entered POFQ to Epcot for the heck of it to see if I got the same thing as the previous poster. It looks like it worked correctly for me:

POFQ Bus to Epcot = 34 minutes
-OR-
POFQ Bus to MGM - Boat to Epcot = 65 minutes

By the way, How do you include quoted text from a previous poster?

You just need to click the quote button under their post. Ya, I totally misread that page, thought there was a t where there wasn't.
Still not sure why one would take a bus to MGM then boat to Epcot though? I guess if you just wanted the international gateway?

ETA: I think they messed up on some of the times too. Not sure how they're getting almost twice as long to get to Epcot as MK. Eh, I suppose it's good to get an idea anyways.

The bus from CSR to Boardwalk hasn't run in over 6 years.
I know the OP meant well but that transportation wizard is worse then useless. It has several bus routes that no longer run and uses EPCOT as a transfer point for guests that want to go to the EPCOT resorts. WRONG that not only requires a long walk through EPCOT but also requires park admission.

I sent them a PM years ago, they said they were going to upgrade the wizard and they never did.

Yes, this board. Ask a question. You will get the CORRECT answer fairly quickly.

There are current bus drivers that post on this board. A former bus driver is a moderator.

Another mistake on that other site. It says there is a bus from the TTC to DTD. That route probably hasn't been in operation in 10 years.
