I also refuse to do any none food events. They are too BORING. It can be difficult enough to get people interested in free food but trying to get someone to look at cleaning products/makeup is a nightmare. Most of the time, coupons aren't included so you can't even use that to draw them in.

Intersting that scrubbing bubbles has been cancelled. I signed up recently with Servco when events with Mass were non-existant in this area. I got a call from the Servco manager last night saying she had a scrubbing bubbles event coming up if I was interested.

I'll be doing my first demo for Servco Saturday at Publix. Lays chips and diet pepsi. It is closer to my house but it only pays $9/hr. Not great but more than sitting home.

Between the 2 companies, I have something book every Saturday and Sunday until early March

That's weird because all my events have been lotion/make up type stuff an I've never had trouble getting people over to the table! Even when I did Aveeno lotion, I did not receive a kit so I had NOTHING but a bottle I bought w/ my own $ and I had tons of people want to try it......on a Thursday no less!

Splash, I know that doesn't help you, but the last pay stub said they would be mailed out on 1/31/07 (today actually) so I would say expect them in the mail in the next 3-5 days.

I've done a few at Walmart. One was a superwalmart, we only have one around the Twin Cities metro area. And the others were regular Walmart... non food items.

Most if not all of my events have been at Super Target.. we have many of those stores in the area.
Every two months or so I get a Kmart.. I don't particularly like Kmart ones, Kmarts around here are not very popular stores.. very gritty, unorganized, slow days, KWIM?

I agree... something is up... I can't get any of the surrounding states.. the closest I've been able to get (by messing around with zip codes) is Virginia... nothing in PA, DE, NJ or MD....

mmmm, you just made me wonder. Do all the NON-WORKING states zip codes start with a ZERO? I tried MA & NH last night. They are both zero.

Yup. FLORIDA works. 32114. Daytona Beach. 70 miles. 2/5 - 2/17. I got cities.

I've been messing around with zip codes with very unpredictable results. With my zip code and a 100 mile range or any mile range for that matter - 1 event. Putting in the zip code of a city about 60 miles SE from me results in multiple cities, two that are 15 miles East of my zip. Putting in the zip of a city 50 So. of my zip result in the same to cities 15miles East of me. Why are the cities 15 mi. east of me not showing up under any mileage selection using my zip?

Yeah, its wacked! I put in a NH (small town) zip code w/ 70 mile radius. I get 3 NH towns & 1 MA town. So, I pick a NH (large zity) zip code closer to the MA border hoping to get more of MA.... I get no results. Not even the NH & MA ones that were pulled up in the prior search.

Also, when putting in my own zip code, I should have been able to find that MA town that came up with NH.

Well, one good thing. Those Fuel-up events have NOT gone to off-date yet.

VT is working ok...and picking up NY too. But not MA.
CT & RI not working at all.

These states are small. 100 mile radius would cover the state & part of neighboring. I have mapping software & I'm checking radiuses.

CT won't pull up CT, but IF you search wide enough, you get some NY jobs.

I am with TMT and I have never seen a Wal-Mart job only ST, K-Mart and one store I did not know the name (must be local.) I have seen Publix in other cities but nowhere near me. I have never seen an "off date" event either.
