Received my email last night stating I'd been hired and assigned to TMT.

Hopefully, they'll contact me soon and I can get started doing these events. I'm just dying to get my username & password so I can see what events are in my area - if any.
 
I emailed my "current" agency "All About Events" to TRY and get an answer as to where my personal information is being sent since as of 10/30, MC is not longer working w/ AAE. I mean after all AAE has my address, SS number etc........here is the email she sent back:

We are required by law to keep in under lock and key for 7 years. they we will have it burnt....

What a jerk answer! Sounds like she's still pissed about MC dumping her agency! Obvisously she does not proof read her emails either! :rolleyes:
I don't expect any help from her and from the looks of things any help from MC either! :sad2:

MC was under mass confusion back with the kit issues several weeks ago... The workers were flipping out. Hence my term MC=Mass Confusion=Mass Headache.

With them dumping all these agencies I would gather they are once again in "Panic" mode over there... running around with their heads chopped off because this will undoubtedly place more work on each the current workers shoulders. I guess we all just have to be patient with the communication while all this crap is going down.

I know and I'm TRYING to be patient! Believe me! My last even was Sept. 21st so I've been VERY patient! I'm just afraid the people with the agencies getting dumped are going to fall through the cracks since every thing is such a mess at MC!
 

I have been trying in vain to get an answer from 'SPi' regarding my 3M event this weekend which was allegedly cancelled but still listed in my bookings. Today I was able to reach them (=MC) by phone. Figured I'd pass along the # in case anyone else needs it.

When I reached Vanessa today she said they would be listing more events 'shortly'. That's about all the info I got out of her other than the confirmation that my 3M event in CT was cancelled by the client.

I talked to chris in payroll and he is adjusting my pay to reflect the 6 hour microwave event instead of a 5 hour non appliance event. YAY!


Wait a second... you event WAS cancelled? so what was her reasoning saying it was still showing up in your queue?

I've spoken to Vanessa before & it does NOT surprise me... when I was having kit issues for my Proplan events... she's a woman of very little words.

This is a little off topic, but I got an email about a month ago saying that someone from the merchandising team(or something like that) would be contacting me withint 2 weeks to get me started. I have turned all my paperwork in. I haven't heard anything since then...is there a number I can call to find out what I need to do. I live in Kansas...I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Thanks in advance.

Really I tried!! :Pinkbounc And I'm not a 'back down' kind of person. But she was clearly busy and practically hung up the phone on me. First, I said I had made repeated attempted to reach her and Nikki via e-mail and that I had received no response. Then I asked about my 3M event. She said the event was 'pre-cancelled by the client' that she didn't know why it was still listed in 'my events' but not to worry, they wouldn't think I didn't show since it was listed as 'pre-cancelled'. She also said not to unbook as that wouldn't look good for me. Mark my words, I'm going to get an e-mail next week asking why I was a no-show!!!! (I have the e-mail they originally sent me saying it was cancelled so I'm good there but still...it's going to be an issue I can see it now!) Just before she hung up I asked about future events as I was getting bupkus...she said there were events in the works and they'd be listed 'shortly'. Then she said 'OK, so you're all set? OK then bye bye.' and hung up.
 
Svalencia...you can try calling the # I posted above. The same thing happened to me. I had an e-mail address and I sent an e-mail when I hadn't heard back...and lo and behold I got a phone call! So I'd try calling...

I never got a call back from them... in fact it was on accident that I got an e-mail saying my coordinator chaged from Nikki to Vanesa... I used this as the means to get my foot in and contacted Vanesa about my ebooking username and password.

Wed & still no kit(s) for 3M Scotch Brite here in MA. Hmmmm, now I'm wondering if they've cancelled mine since I border CT.

Bren's Mom, I know it still shows in your queue as an active event, but do other stores still show up as bookable (on date or off date)? Wonder just how screwed up system is. I guess I'm wondering if they pulled down any remaining 3M events so people could NOT book them.

In MA, they are still bookable...so I'm assuming the events are still going forward.
 
Has anyone here noticed the typo on the store reports,in the managers area? I've had a couple managers ask me what is "Did EXENT Execute?" I had to explain the typo and that it was supposed to say Event. I wonder who I should talk to about getting that fixed. It's starting to get embarrassing.

Oh my gosh--YES!! This drives me nuts. I thought that no one else noticed as I posted about it back about 20 pages ago! I have even highlighted it on most of my event forms so maybe someone will notice it when I send my paperwork in. Of course i can't check if it has changed as Ihave no events and cannot try to book any until after the 31st. My agency changed from TMG to Spi.

Thank you to everyone else. I found an e-mail address of someone who maybe able to get my password. If not I'll call the number on the previous page. This whole process is getting fusterating. I began this whole process in July...ugh

You can edit it before you print it...

Arghh.. an Ulta Mineral Sheers event came up but it overlaps one of my wine events by an hour... I'd love to do this one (Ulta is one of my favorite stores) I realize I can't do both but I'm so tempted to unbook wine (since it's farther away & I'd be driving back home at night) & book this one... I just wish I knew if we were really getting $83 for the wine events or just the 'first' one as compensation for the certification test.... I guess I'll email Taylor but I'm sure by the time I hear back the Ulta event will be booked (by my stalker - who by the way keeps calling my cell phone... I haven't returned any of her calls & I'm so afraid I'm going to run into her again! :crazy: )

As soon as I got the e-mail that my event was cancelled I went back to e-booking and there were none in my area that WERE there previously. Now, I can't be sure that someone else didn't book them in the meantime but there seem to be alot of events that don't get booked in the same area during the week (I only do weekends) so I don't think I have that much competition. I think that they cancelled those events from booking. That's just my guess, though!

Kind of strange that you didn't get a kit...or does that happen often?

Bren's Mom, thanks. My kits show up on all days of the week, lol. But Drgnfly30 in DE got hers 2 days ago, & Brivers in MI got his yesterday I think. so I was kind of expecting it today. Still have time.

You can definately execute this one with out the kit...signage & brochures (no coupons)
