Yes, my fingertip is sore. It didn't even dawn on me why. Good idea, I think we might be opening more cans.

I have never done an event at Target (it's not an ST) and I'm doing Diet DP on 3/10. Did I read a few pages back that we are NOT supposed to contact the store ahead of time so make sure they have the kit and that they will chill what they are supposed to?

Its most likely because of two(2) reasons... A) Your first impression you left is a Biotch to get over. and 2) You come across as some psycho stalker girl in every one of your posts...

pretty hard to make friends using either of those approaches... just so you know.

Not to mention phrases like the one above make sound very similar to a female version of Milton Waddams from "Office Space" <--- "thats the last straw, this whole place is going to burn"

I asked this question of my event coordinator on 2/17. Her response - While it’s not encouraged, and the store is also being judged, as you get to know the managers and you develop a rapport with them, if you feel you should contact the store you can. Maybe you can fire off an email to your coordinator and see what the response is.

Splash - I've seen airline attendants use the soda can openers. I just checked my DH's junk drawer and found one too. Now I'll know for next time. Just an FYI, the Diet Pepsi and Diet Dr. Pepper are in 2 liter bottles. I'm taking a jar gripper to open them.

I did the Neutrogena Event... Longest 5 hours of my life!!!!

and the Enviga yesterday. As for the opening of the cans... thats what Pens are for! See I don't have any fingernails (yeah I have this habbit of picking them ) so well you get very creative if you want to open those pesky cans.

Many of you will be happy to know that Mr. Kotex is back in da saddle again!
I was able to book four(4), count 'em, four(4) offdates of the Kotex. Not only am I back, I am back with a vengence!

I was just reviewing the Store Report form for the Archer Farm Cookies and the last question is interesting. How long did it take to locate your event kit at the store? Choices: 0-15, 15-30, 30-45, more than 45, and could not locate kit. Hummmm. Do you think it’s because of past issues?

I seem to get those questions every so often as one of mine. I would prefer them to be on EVERY store report form and there has been time where I wait and wait and wait for them to find a kit (all the while NOT clocked in). I want to be compensated for that and stating it in question form on the report form is the best option.

Got it!!!!! And at one of the brand new WalMart Supercenters near me...so I won't have to drive 40 miles anymore (unless there are off dates too later).

Its a FRIDAY. And you need a TOASTER OVEN (get paid $6 extra).

OH...I received my Pillsbury Bisquit kit today for this Saturday. Just a small box. And I now have 5 cutting boards & knives. LOL....pretty soon I'll have a set of 8 steak knives.

I was just looking at news articles online about the new Walmart Supercenter opening near me. I have an event there 3/14 at 8am in the morning. THAT IS THE DAY & TIME IT IS OPENING.

OMG, its going to be a zoo. It says its the largest WM Supercenter in MA. (There are only 3 other Supercenters in MA.) The New England Patriot Cheerleaders will be there. There will be a private grand opening ceremony inside the store at 6am for many invited guests & the press. The town is really excited because they don't have any stores or grocery store & now they will have both. Half the people hired for the new store are from that town. WM has also given ALOT of money to the town for Fire Dept & schools.

I'm thinking I'm going to need to get there REAL EARLY. And no one is going to know ANYTHING. I can't even go a day early to scope anything out.

I'm doing the Nature Valley cereal & bars event again. But its going to be a mobile event. WHERE on earth am I going to leave my stuff so I can keep going back & filling up more little cups of cereal?

Oh......this sounds like a bad idea.

ETA: I just realized that this is just 3 days after we turn the clocks forward & lose an 1 hour. I am NOT a morning person at all. I'm more of a night owl. Ugh!!!!

Splsh, I am sure there wil be people in the store the day before and probably even longer. Maybe you can swing by and try to talk to a manager?

Thats pretty kool tho I wish we would get a super walmart, I probably have about 6 walmarts within 30 miles of me 4 are super walmarts but those are he 4 furthest, the 2 within 10 miles of my house are the crappiest walmarts ever,....lol.

The last time I went to a grand opening, the cash registers were not open till 8:30 and then they could not find my box, I was there for an hour, called and then had to leave... I wish you luck!!!
I am doing a Neutrogena event on Thursday, A bake-off on Sat and then Crisp Chips on Sun.. Then I have 4 Bake-offs in a row, A kotex, Diete Dr Pepper, 4 More Bake-offs...... I will be busy for the next 2 weeks!!! But I really need the money right now... 4 Kids are very expensive!!! Especially the ones that need gas money...
