My almost 8 yo son is a Disney 'souvenir' We were not staying on property, but one of the vacation homes. So he was actually a Kissimmee souvenir....but it WAS a Disney trip....

Good luck to you. Hopefully you are able to conceive fairly quickly once you start trying and have a healthy pregnancy and child.

Not really. It's officially 40 weeks - which is not the same as 10 months. Especially since the first week they use to date a pregnancy you're not really pregnant yet- its just the first day of your last cycle.

Never got a souvenir myself because I have a bad habit of turning up pregnant sometime between booking a trip and actually traveling. DH jokes that buying me Disney tickets is the best aphrodesiac.

What about the person that cleans the family restrooms in the parks?

My ex, used to work at Tom Sawyer's Island. Because the only way to get over to the island is by the rafts, and you have to be trained for that, every one working on the island was actually a TSI attractions CM. During her training, a Custodial trainer came over to teach them how to clean restrooms, clean up puke, and sweep.

She has more horror stories of people smearing poop and all sorts of other things on the bathroom walls, and down right disgusting stuff. Because they were all trained, they couldn't just call custodial to come clean up the mess. Like if some one pukes on the exit of Space Mountain or something, the attractions CM have to call a trained custodial person to come clean up the mess.

But at home, she got the honors of cleaning the bathroom... because she was formally trained to do it.

Like someone else said, it is 40 weeks--which works out to about 9 1/2 months depending on which months I was not pregnant in February)--and that is counting from your last period. The doctor insisted that I had to have become pregnant on one of the first two days we were married (we had been in seperate states for 3 months before that so no chance--I was worried about what people would think but she looks SOOOOO much like her dad and his mom that there is no worry there).

We had been trying and I did a lot of wishing it would happen, but no luck! Hope you have better luck!

We did - our daughter. We had just started trying that month (November), it was our anniversary, and we were upgraded to lagoon view concierge at the Polynesian. The week after we got back, I had a feeling I was pregnant, and sure enough I was. That following August, she was born. What a great trip that was!
