Roxy since i last posted you've done two tremendous workouts. Sorry you're tendon's still a bit inflamed but really pleased it doesn't hurt when you run.
Tracy- great work and core work out too, wahey! Some cool weather sounds good over there, i'm just hoping we don't get roasted. Might ask you for a weather update before we fly out

Erika- great job on the 4.2miles and cross training too. You're doing great.
Lily- look at you. 5 miles on the treadmill and pilates. You're an inspiration and you're encouragement is fantastic. How are you coping with getting ack to TM time?
Jen- that 3 miles was in fab time- well done.
I've been out in my new wish shirt again!!!! 7 miles 1 hr 2min (62mins) and 0.2miles cool down walk and stretches (15mins). I've found a nearby running club that does 5-7mile runs so might join them when back from minnie for extra motivation, so so nearly walked today and i know having people around would stop that temptation.
Total- 7.2miles, 77mins
