Roxy, how's that foot? By the looks of the work you are doing I'd say pretty good.

It was beautiful today so out we went again. DH with Kirby dog only they went opposite direction so Kirby didn't see me. We met at the end and enjoyed the after-stretch together. May do Pilates tonight, not sure.

Good job everyone, all things count keep at it.
 
Thanks for asking about my foot. I actually went to the dr today for last appointment. I do have inflamation in my tendon. It does not hurt when I run. The tongue of my shoes or anything else though hurts it if I do not badage it before I go out. It should heal on its own in a few months. I am suppose to ice it after I run. Other than that though I am at a 100%.:thumbsup2

Stacey- so glad you have lovely fitted new trainers and they're feelin ok. I have a feelin you'll be loving them very soon. Well done for getting outside and for being able to eat lunch at such a bizarre time!

Roxy since i last posted you've done two tremendous workouts. Sorry you're tendon's still a bit inflamed but really pleased it doesn't hurt when you run.

Tracy- great work and core work out too, wahey! Some cool weather sounds good over there, i'm just hoping we don't get roasted. Might ask you for a weather update before we fly out :banana:

Barb- Hey hey, more walking for you.. you just keep going lady!

Erika- great job on the 4.2miles and cross training too. You're doing great.

Lily- look at you. 5 miles on the treadmill and pilates. You're an inspiration and you're encouragement is fantastic. How are you coping with getting ack to TM time?

Jen- that 3 miles was in fab time- well done.

I've been out in my new wish shirt again!!!! 7 miles 1 hr 2min (62mins) and 0.2miles cool down walk and stretches (15mins). I've found a nearby running club that does 5-7mile runs so might join them when back from minnie for extra motivation, so so nearly walked today and i know having people around would stop that temptation.

Total- 7.2miles, 77mins
 

Wednesday night, another 3 miles in 35 minutes.

Did this one with Emma on her bike and Harry in his stroller. We were chased by THREE dogs at one time. I think it was someone visiting who let their dogs out- I pretty much know where all the dogs are in my neighborhood! They backed off, but it still scared me. Stupid dogs... ok, stupid owners! Still a fun run overall.

Good morning, Wrriors! Just in from a 4.5 miler...started fine...was tough in the middle, and then finished strong. It may not have been a smooth one, but it's in the books, right?

Tomorrow is only 2.5 - 3 miles as it is speed training day. Ugh. That kills me! But I know it is soooo good!

So, I got in on Monday, a total of 7.4 miles between the ellipitcal and bike, total time was 55 min. Wed was 5 miles at 1 hr 20 min.

Wednesday we leave for Nashville and I am as ready as I'll ever be. 3 miles in 46.57 minutes.

This team has kept me motivated through my training and I am very grateful. Thank you Captain Carrie and fellow Warriors!!!!!

Still pretty nice today in SE Florida. High of 79 today with still quite a breeze.

I went to Mt. Trashmore today for some hill work. I did about 4 up and downs, ugh!!!

3.80 miles in 55min38sec.
Warmup and down = 12min and .12miles

GO US!! Keep up the good work!!
 
Hi all! DId 7.7 miles in 40 min on teh bike last night.

I'll have soem road time tonight, so I have downlopaded teh posts and can work on tehm in the car. SHoudl be causght up by SUnday.

friday 3 mile run 27 minutes this morning

1.60 mile run with running club 24 minutes:)
 
Speed drills today, so too much in terms of mileage...but still, this is my toughest workout of the week.

3.5 miles
total of 45 minutes with warm up and cool down.

I may still do a 20 minute ab workout, so I will update if necessary.

I gotta admit...this team thing really works for me. Today was the first day I ran in my new WISH shirt! (It was 70 here in Maine today and just gorgeous!) And there was a section of my run (one of the sprints) where I was just having a hard time and I said to myself, "I am a Warrior, dammit!" and just kept going! Thanks!

My weekly totals are: 15.55 miles and 243.17 minutes.

I think our team is doing great and I have added more to my workouts than just my training!! (that's more for the team along with me!)

I did 4 miles today, time was 55min 56sec.
warmup and down: 8minutes.

I do my long walk tomorrow, my own Minnie 9.3miles.

Hey- it's the weekend, altho not for me as in work for the next 7 days straight. That's ok tho as then one day off to pack, repack, pack again, make some lists as the following day we fly!!!! Hope you guys are ok, from the reports you're buzzing along fantastically.

Today I had a slight issue with my left hip so i skipped the running and headed to gym for some XT: 7 miles bike and 4 miles eliptical followed by stretching= 11miles 65mins.

Total for last week 20.4miles 193 mins (3hrs 13mins).
