Hi everyone,
posting for this week, no miles but a total of 9 hours of exercise.

And it did start to pour, but I had on my favorite hat and was quite comfortable.

Wow. BTW, you know we want you to train in the way that most helps you, right? While we tease about how you have to bike and get your miles up, you need to do what's good for you! FOrgive me if you've ever felt real pressure. 
Not sure why....just had a tough go of it, so I stopped after about 27 minutes (planned 40) and walked the rest of the time and then a bit longer to make up for the lack of running. Also did some strength training.
