Good Morning guys! Everyone is doing great!!!
Roxy- Great Job! Your time is awesome!!!
1/2marathonpixie- Great job on your 2 miles. Keep it up.
smileyk8- Wow, great job on your 7 miles. Way to go!!!
For me...Yesterday, It started raining...ugh. and it was a COLD rain and about 45-50 degrees outside. For some reason, I just had this desire to run in the rain. So, we went to Wilson for Matt's Dr's appointment. The office is about 3 miles from my mom and dad's house. I changed clothes and off I went...in the rain...on the side of the road...in grass...no sidewalks. I'm sure all the people passing by in their cars were thinking "That girl is crazy...or committed!" I kinda liked the fact that people thought I might be crazy!
One thing that made me feel good was I could see a worn path in the grass where it looks like someone else walks/runs too. I told Matt if after his appointment, he saw me, to stop and I would hitch a ride (he wasn't too excited about me running off a 5 lane road). So...I ended up doing to 2 miles as he picked me up (in about 28 minutes) and then once we go to my mom dad's, I hopped out of the car and did another mile.
TOTAL: 3 miles, 45 minutes for Wednesday.
I must say, I normally run on pavement, and I know the grass is better for your joints, but it seemed a bit more strenuous on my calves! I actually walked more than I ran, but regardless...I got it done! Yay!
Hope everyone has a great day!

I don't think getting a concussion from a pinecone would help us out too much in overall mileage. We need you stay healthy and out of the Emergency Room!
Stay well and safe everyone. Off to school parties for kiddos. Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
Go out ther e and have fun! If you are slower than you wish, just remeber that gives us more minutes.
