This was my first training in 2 months so I feel successful. 2 1/2 miles in 43 minutes. I told you I was slow! LOL
Welcome!!! It's lovely to 'meet you'. 2 1/2 miles in 43 mins is a great time, especially when it was your first outing in 2 months. Oh i can tell you're going to be a good and proper warrier!
I was going to do the elliptical, but when I found out they had a step class, opted to do that and then the bike to get in some extra mileage this week. Without this challenge, I probably would have never done that!




I know you're thinking slow and steady, regular progress, participating in the double-mileage-counting races. Sure, that's ONE way to go...
Like that will happen. Not. I cannot imagine not working out at least 6 six days a week.
