Hey Team!!! Today I did 3.55 in 56 minutes.
Kate, you're kickin'!!!!! I hope you job is going well.
Carrie, you are so sweet!!!!
My mind tells me if I wanted to I could do a tri, but my body says"are you kidding me?"
amykab, have a great vacation.
Tracy, great job keeping up with the training. I tend to slack off after a big race.
Good luck to those preparing for races.

fellow DL Warrior Tracy! So sorry you went home sick, but at least you had a great race!
Glad you had a great ride. You will do awesome! I try to leave some in the tank fo rmy runs too. DOnt' knwo if it's the best strategy, but mentally, I need to.
Made me feel liek the bikes were worth it when we used tehm fro a fun adventure contrived on our own. Longest we've gone not in a group. Tierd this am after b2b runs and a somewhat hard ride. GOod thing today is a rest day.
yeah i do have a routine... do all stretches for 30secs each (repeat them if feels particularly tight). So lower calf stretches first (lean against wall), then stretch higher calf muscles, quads stretch (with heel on bum!), IT band stretch (usually do this twice), inner thigh stretch, hip flexor (basically one big lunge), next (you're sorry you asked now aren't you
) is hamstring usually making good use of my piano stool. Finally just 2 mins of rolling IT band on foam roller- usually come back to this later once it starts to hurt! Phew. Usually hits 10mins
Keep it up, you're an awesome warrior.

for co-workers baby!
