Hey Warriors!
I'm back in Seattle and I'm starting the painful process of getting back on the wagon.

I only ran 4 days in July, so the transition to my Goofy training in two weeks won't be going as smooth as hoped. I've updated the spreadsheet with my July miles and times (as pathetic as they are) and I got in 3.35 miles outside yesterday and 4 miles on the treadmill today - I was totally stiff this morning, hence the treadmill choice, but I'm trying to start my Saturday/Sunday back-to-back runs for my Goofy training. My first week of training only has 5 miles/6 miles for my long runs, but it ramps up pretty quickly and I'm not feeling entirely confident about my fitness right now. Oh well, I can't have lost THAT MUCH of my base in 5 weeks, right? RIGHT?!?!?
I've mostly managed to catch up on everyone's posts, but I'd be totally hopeless if I tried to respond to individual people. So, I'm just going to say that everyone is fabulous, and I hope all those with illnesses and injuries have made/are making a quick recovery!
Alright, and because I can, I'm throwing up some wedding pictures! They're not my favorite wedding pictures, but I haven't gotten the "official" ones yet and the two people who seem to have the best photos 1) sent me a fantastic dvd movie slideshow of the photos but not the raw image files, and 2) Gave me some fantastic photos in printed form.... which is not easy to put online.
Anyway, they give you the general idea. James is in a kilt and I am a Disney princess.

Also, the photographer made me climb the fountain in heels and with a cathedral length train.

There are a lot of amusing pictures of it taking 4 people to get me up the fountain, and 3 people to get me back down. He also wanted me to climb a pillar outside a historic building in the area, but I vetoed it; so he sent my poor bridesmaids up. I think my photographer is big on heights. I also unfortunately (but hopefully will once my photographer actually sends me the proofs) do not have a good picture of Jack the Dog as the ring bearer dragging two small children (the ring bearer-bearers) out of the aisle and into a grassy area to frolick. Also, you will notice that the weather is pretty nice in the photos - this happened literally 5 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to start (as I was the pissed-off bride asking why no one was moving chairs indoors as it was %&^*-ing pouring outside... and everyone was assuring me that it would be fine) and the sun (seriously; there is a picture of me pointing it out to my dad as we walk) came out as I was walking down the aisle.
So, there we are. I got married and lounged around on an island for a couple weeks, and now I really need to start Goofy training or else I will be the one in the WISH shirt lying on the ground around mile 4 of the HM.
Speaking of which, Tracy, can you update me as now being the idiot doing the Dopey?
