You can do on line check in on the Starwood site.
Do you know where on the web site? I can't seem to find it. It's probably right in front of me.

When I booked I got a confirmation email and it was linked that.
While they don't have a club lounge as a Platinum member you are entitled to free internet. I read previously that they waive the resort fee for Platinum members because the resort fee includes the internet but you should ask to confirm that they're still doing this. You are entitled to an upgrade. You are also entitled to a Platinum welcome amenity. You can choose 500 points, breakfast or local welcome gift. I have no idea what the local welcome gift is but I have read that breakfast is in Fresh and it sounds good. I think if you check flyer talk they have a thread on swan and dolphin and a number of platinum members have posted about their experiences.
Every day.Is the free breakfast for platinum members each morning or one morning?
Is this free breakfast for just the Platinum member or all guests on the reservation ?Every day.
Two people. You can access the continental breakfast at fresh or garden grove. If you want hot food it's an up charge of $8 per person. It's still a deal as garden grove has characters. I would check the schedule though because I seem to think they don't appear every day.Is this free breakfast for just the Platinum member or all guests on the reservation ?
Well I was looking at the Gartner schedule for the days we will be at the Swan.
I dont think we will have any issues because they have their yoga and jogs before we get up, they have their own breakfast meetings and the only prob I could think of is if lots of people are going to their rooms at the same time - waiting for an elevator.
Dont know when that huge outside tent event is, if they are having that - I know someone posted that picture a while back.
If you have been there during the conference did you encounter any issues - just want to be prepared.
That makes no sense and it can't be a Swan/Dolphin thing. There are no resort stay requirements of any sort to book an ADR. Locals who never plan to stay on site can book ADR. They just can't book the 180+10.
I'm pretty sure you're only allowed 3 in a king room. Did you know that you can only see standard rooms online? You can call and book upgraded rooms on points. The next level up is I think 1000 points more per night.Quick question, as I am booking *right now*. We are a family of five booking 7 nights at the Dolphin. Do king rooms have pull out sofas? We have a little who will sleep with mom and dad in the king. The other two are teens who would probably sleep in a pull out and a rollaway or an airbed. I tend to think king rooms work better for us because they are more spacious in the daytime. Can anyone confirm a pull out sofa? Thanks!

Yes, you have in/out privileges. And the $20 is also plus tax, so probably about 21-22.Yet another parking question....sorry! We will be staying for our first time in a few weeks. I understand parking is $20 a day, but is that with in/out privelages? Thank you!
