Walt Disney World Launches NEW Website

Does the new site not work on safari? When I go to the site, its the same old same old for me!

I'm on Safari now and it's working for me, so I'd assume so.

Works on Safari on MacBook Air but not on iPad

I'm so upset. I didn't even had the option to refuse the new website. My password stopped working in Chrome and when I tried to log in using Firefox it automatically sent me to the new web site WHERE NOTHING WORKS!!! My reservations are all lost and when I try to add them back the system says it's not a valid reservation.:badpc:

Try clearing your cookies and history and try to access the site again.

My reservation shows up. HOWEVER, it doesn't show the balance that I still owe! Anyone have a clue as to where I can see that on the site?

This is getting so frustrating, I'm 14 days out and the new site still gives me "The reservation cannot be located as entered. Please reenter information in all highlighted fields before proceeding.", I called 3 days ago and I'm all confirmed, they also told me the new site would be up in hours. :headache:

I switched to the new site a couple of days ago and was only able to pull up my room reservations. Today I went to modify some dining reservations, and I was anticipating a lot of hassle. When I finally got signed in, however, it pulled up the old site (I didn't actually mess with my settings at all). Magic? :confused3

Perhaps they realized the new site doesn't work and pulled it? I'm surprised that a company the size of Disney couldn't do better.

I think the new site may only work for US IP addresses. I do not see it on my home laptop, but when I am on my work laptop and connected to the server we use (based in CT), I get the new site. Weird...

Disney has, for as long as I can remember, used location based info for their websites.

Download TunnelBear if you really want to see the new website and live outside the US.

Thanks. I was able to use it earlier today while I was working. I didn't have any problems with it (aside from having to input my ADRs again).

I think I had this version of the website for ages. I had it this summer when I made my planning.

My dining reservations never ever showed up. But I am in the system. At least I kept my email confirmations!

I haven't been able to get to the NEW site in 2 days now. It will only take me to the old site (on safari and firefox). For a few days before now, I had the old up on safari and the new on firefox, but I had to clear cookies/cache/history for a rewards site, and ever since then, no new site.

I was on trying to make dining reservations at the 180 day mark for some clients and I had to go back to the old site to do it on IE. It would not let me make dining reservations for the +10 portion on the new site. Very frustrating. Oh and to make a new reservation on the new site you have to enter EVERYONE's info not just the main diner.

The new site appears to be disabled completely now, probably due to all the panic calls they received from people thinking the new site somehow erased all their reservations... :)

It was probably pulled because it shouldn't have gone live yet, with all the glitches and problems people were having.
